I had Active Air to install my new A/C system in my home due to it failing. They were there on time, they were courteous, they were clean, they were quick! I can go on for hours about how great they were! The owner came to my house personally several times while the work was being performed. Constantly check the work quality of his guys and making sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I will definitely be using Active Air in the future for whatever I may need! I recommend anyone that needs HVAC work done to check with Active Air FIRST! They will not disappoint!
Jeremy and crew completed the install of new compressor for my home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The work and equipment was high quality, and i appreciate it getting done so quickly…. i have a nice cold A/C ready for this summer! Steve R

Great Company!! They came out and fixed my AC just before the up coming heatwave. I really appreciate the company’s support of military and first responders. I will absolutely be calling them again for any HVAC needs.

Placed a service request for my water heater through my home warranty and they were dispatched to come look at it. They come and collect the $75 trade call fee and tell me they were going to replace it and that they would call me back. No call back so I call in the morning and the guy states that he would call me back with more details. Again no callback, so I call in the afternoon and the guy comes up with a story that he is REFUSING to do it because the home warranty company "doesn't pay enough", which is not my problem. If you have issues with them then STOP taking their service requests. They were happy to take the $75 bucks but when it came down to do actual work they refused. Long story short if your warranty company assigns them to you ask them for someone else. A bunch of crooks. Manager was very rude and did not offer any other assistance. His response and I quote was “whatever man” as he hung up very rudely.

Great work done, explained things in great detail so I knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to get fixed. Got my AC working again! Very satisfied with the service.
GREAT service today, explained why AC wasn't getting cold, actually showed us what to look for, FIXED it quickly, Friendly, Safe WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE their service again!! We are in a townhome setting so din't know prices or scheduled time so can't rate those two but otherWISE 5 star all around!!!
Purchased a new swamp cooler $3100 with maintenance included- when it was winterized at18 months the technician said it was junk! Owner said he would bring out a new one-never did and will not return calls.
Charlie and Tom were out this morning to fix my a/c. It had been acting up for over a week - would work, then not work, etc. They were very pleasant, professional, and a joy to talk to. They weren't here very long, and fixed the problem immediately. I so appreciate them and would recommend them in a heart beat. I live in Sand Canyon Townhomes. Mary Ann Bohland
