My warranty company AHS had Rose Heating & Air install a new roof Unit Dec 19,22. The permit and Hers test are not covered by my warranty so I paid for it out of pocket as seen on the attached invoice. The work was not completed. They never did the Hers Test or have the inspection done. They have not returned any of my calls which have been 19 calls and voice mails. I have sent 7 emails, my warranty company has done 3 call and mails requesting they contact me. I was requesting copies of my invoices and manufactures information on unit installed plus copy of the Permit and when will the HERS test be done. To date I have not received a response. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They have the worse customer service and they do not respond or even answer their phone!!!

They Came and repaired my air conditioning system. They put a new compressor in and it failed in less than a year. No call back to rectify the situation

Rose HVAC is a joke, called in a service for AC through American Home Shield because our AC stop cooling the place and it was expected to get around 105 outside. Called in the morning around 7am, got their information left them a message, was told they would be contacting me within 4 hours. Its 2pm and still haven't heard from them, so called home shield back, they expedited my service call than someone from Rose called and said, I see you have cancelled your service. They really need to get their act together especially when its HOT and lives at at stake.

Not returning calls seems to be a very common thing. Yet still unprofessional. STILL waiting for an update after a week of calling daily. I’m trying to get home warranty to assign to someone else because these folks are clowns

They took 2 days to return my calls. When they finally did they made an appointment for the following week between 3 and 6 pm. I took off work and they NEVER showed up or called. You can't get worse than this!!!!

Only if you lucky do they answer the phone. When they do they are very rude and unhelpful. They don’t follow through with calling ahead of time to let you know there coming. Tried to ask the tech a question on the way out he just continued to his truck and drove off. Would not recommend them

They were SUPPOSED to repair the AC. They are contracted with American Home Shield. Once AHS assigned them the job, they never did call. They had to be called. Once contact was made, a guy came out the next day, although, he was about 3 hrs. late. Kept saying he was only 20 mins away!! He arrived with his little dog, who ran all around the property and even went into the house!! That same day, he determine a new AC unit was required. He said he would submit his paperwork that day and that it would take 7-14 days before the new unit would be in. Sat out on the road in his van for 1/2 hour before he left. After that, the company was non-responsive to calls. AHS was called and even they had a hard to time getting ahold of them. They would answer the phone or return calls. At this point, we are trying to get AHS to send out another contractor. It has been well over a month since the first call to AHS was made and during the duration, the temps have been up to 106*!! Not acceptable for a single mom with 3 young kids. They live in a mobile home which has no insulation. I hope others have had better experiences with Rose HVAC than we have. We are in their "Wine Country"/No California area.

If you dont get your call answered you will wait days for a return call if any. The female answering the phone is rude and plays pass the buck between them and the insurance company with no resolve. Service man seemed to be either overworked or just inconsiderate.had 8-11am appointment called at eleven said would be arriving at 1pm,i advised him i had a Dr.appointment at 2:30pm he said that he would be done in time. with no further call he arrived at 6PM causing me to miss a Dr appointment. I believe they have a deal with the insurance company (Fidelity Home Warranty) if you dont use them, the insurance company (Fidelity Home Warranty) will only pay you about a third of the average price to fix the heating system. so they treat you like your at there mercy. There overage charges are unquestionable with no recourse. wish you could rate minus stars

They fixed the heating problem after listening to what I had to say in 2 days, We were without heat for a month because the previous company couldn't figure out how to solve the issue.
