Rayan was great! Showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then got right to work fixing the freezer. He was done in less than 90 minutes!
We had a connective issue with a control knob on our stove. NEXT HVAC sent over John who arrived promptly at the time they’d said to bee here. He quickly diagnosed the problem & within less than 45 minutes repaired our situation. John was both polite & professional at his job, obviously taking pride in his skills. Should you have any appliance problems, call NEXT HVAC definitely ask for John!
4.28.23 services used again today for washer repair! Rayan was punctual, courteous and efficient. Faulty part replaced in an hour, highly recommended! ======= Great guys! My freezer died over the weekend. I called on Saturday and got an appointment on Monday am. Repairman was on time, responsive on text and very professional. He ran several diagnostics but when nothing turned up, he went back for pressure tester which showed my Fridge had a leak. The team went over my options, reviewed prices and pros/cons for each. They were honest, didn’t try to upsell at all. I went with the cheaper option which they also gave a 3 month warranty for. Overall very pleased, freezer is working again and would highly recommend!

I had an issue with my thermostat not working. Next HVAC came out to do a diagnostic session and concluded that the thermostat had failed likely due to incorrect wiring. They then scheduled a follow up visit to come resolve the problem. My issue is that there was enough information after the first diagnostic to say the thermostat is broken, here is how it should be wired. Instead, they unhooked both the thermostat and the heater making it very difficult for me to finish the job without a follow up visit. It would have been very easy to use a working thermostat from another room or one of the thermostats the technician brought (and tried to sell me) to correctly rewire the setup and leave me in a position to finish the job myself. The technician did seem a little apologetic that the only problem was just a burned thermostat, but they charged me the full $200 for the visit anyway.
My GE refrigerator has a problem with not keeping cold in normal temperature. Because of purchase it was long time ago, it passed the GE warranty cover. So, I search from Yelp then found NEXT HVAC. I choose them because there are more than 100 review with 5 star rating. Technician, Ryan M, he's very polite and professional, arriving in time. Finally, my refrigerator got fix with a reasonable cost. I highly recommend NEXT.
I called this company regarding repairing my leaking washing machine. They did come promptly, but misdiagnosed what was wrong, and advised us that we just needed to replace the hoses, which we did on our own. However, the washer continued to leak, and it took a few weeks for them to have the part ordered and to have them come back out to fix my machine. It’s been at least two weeks and there are no leaks, which is great.
I called the owner since he is a long time family friend. His team quickly responded and called me right away to schedule the service. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone who needed them....
The tech arrived on time within an hour to fix the damaged sump pump. The work was done quickly, and smoothly and the debris was also removed. They did a great job. We appriciate their plumbing's help in resuing our basement.

We recently had our furnace/AC placed by them. We are pleased with how the system is working so far.
My furnace sounded wired like a jet engine. So I called many techs, and they asked me for the tools that they could use to repair my furnace. Like seriously. But lately, I called this company for furnace repairment. I let him repair himself. he called me after 20 minutes updating me that the problem was being diagnosed and he fixed the issue. he charged me for just the service call. as compared to other company's tech who suggested me to buy a new motor not even checking the issue. thanks to this company who not only saved my money but also charged fairly with zero extra charges. thanks for saving the day!
The tech is a grat man. He was prompt, swift, polite, courteous and professional as well. He did what he said while gave me an accurate and reasonable quote as well. Highly recommended!!!
