Frank and Theo did an amazing job doing the sewer lateral camera inspection. They answered all my silly questions regarding to what they are doing and how they are diagnosing the situation. I definitely learned a lot. They also gave me recommendations for the future.

Alberto did excellent work for me on several plumbing problems—installed garbage disposal, water filter; fixed running toilet and clogged sink. He was reliable, friendly, worked hard, and was open about costs/helped by offering a current discount, etc. He returned a 2nd time to install a new faucet and, because a part was defective, he couldn’t—but he went above and beyond to try to make it work… Along the way he answered my questions, gave practical advice on costs, etc.
We were having problems with our sump pump and Jeremy is an expert on sump pumps. He got it working again and we are going to use him to replace our aging sump pump soon.
You guys did a great job today, but let see how long it's gonna last . Thanks for your service !
Magic Plumbing technician, Chris and his assistant did marvelois work. Chris was very prifessional, polite and meticulous doing this job. We had pretty bad sewer line blockage. He did hydro jetting and explained to me what happen . He did camera inspection and find an issue. He made a recommendation on how to correct it in the future, even gesti.ated a price .He seem to be a very hard working person and possess tons of knowledge in his area of expertise. I highly recommend Magic Plumbing to other customers. Thank you!

Friendly and professional! Offered advice while expertly installing our hot water heater. He even corrected a mistake made by the original installers.
Ryan restarted my hot water heater mainly because he was persistent and I was confident in his expertise. He was friendly and exhibited patience.
The entire experience was excellent. The scheduling folks were responsive and very minimal wait time. Chris arrived early and was very professional. He was organized and paid attention to keeping the work area clean and neat. Once the drain was cleared he tested it extensively. Highly recommend Chris.

David came and gave an estimate, and he was so knowledgeable and thoughtful. He took time to listen to our issues with the furnace and checked how it smelled from our apartment. He gave me a very affordable estimate and explained everything to make sure I understood. Amazing service, 10/10

Adam took care of the problem quickly and was pleasant and courteous. My only issue is that it was very expensive $400 for about a half an hours worth of work. Not his issue, but not sure I would call MP again.
Chris was very professional, punctual and communicated with appropriate detail the technical aspects of the job. I am very happy with the result, however, I must say the price of $370 for cleaning a bath tub drain is simply too expensive considering that it was (as expected) done within 30 min.
Jeremy came on time and correctly diagnosed the source of water leak within the first 10 minutes of arrival. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The dispatcher Jessica was also quick and answered all my questions. They also had someone to respond to Saturday call. I’m impressed and will use them again.

Adam Goldman & assistant Robert were great: they came within an hour of the call, and within 2 hours they'd bought the supplies and finished the work. Several of my fellow homeowners in the building have also used Magic Plumbing (Yay Alberto!) and they're all happy with the work. At some point we'll upgrade & we'll be calling them.
