I HIGHLY recommend Roseville Sheet Metal. They recently replaced our HVAC system. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive! Their price was the very best compared to other companies.

This is a long review, but please read it - this situation will explain why you need to do business with Roseville Sheet Metal/Heat & Air! We called in a panic - the company we'd signed up with to do HVAC maintenance refused to help us when we called (in fact he avoided our calls multiple times) at the request of our roofer (who was trying to get the new roof installed). We needed a new plenum, NOW, as the original dated from 1973 & was flashed incorrectly so we had roof damage. On top of that our AC had suddenly stopped (during a HOT period). We immediately called Roseville Sheet Metal at the request of our roofer, and explained the situation. Reuben came out the next morning & fixed the problem, had the AC on quickly, was friendly & professional & reassuring. They requested a picture be sent of the model & serial numbers, and they immediately started working on a new sheet metal curb & set up for the HVAC on the roof. They had a crane come out to take the HVAC off the roof so the roofer could finish up and loaned us 2 portable AC units at no charge to get through the hot weather for several days while they were fabricating & working on getting it done. They are now here to put the HVAC on and get everything hooked up again. They have set everything up with a new base, plenum and all is flashed VERY well, the affected plywood replaced with no damage left and we have a brand new roof, gutters and a really sharp looking 12 year old HVAC unit on our roof now. Situations like this show the real character of a company & its employees. They cared enough to jump in and help us when we desperately needed it, and did a super job, as well as making sure we weren't miserable in the high temperatures inside. They have customers for life with us, and we TELL PEOPLE when we get above & beyond service like this (and well as tell people NOT to use the 'other guy' and WHY) - as we both were in sales for many years. You can trust this company. They are our go to for heating and air conditioning service. Honest folks that do good work. They don't advertise, only word of mouth.

I'm a renter and I would hire this crew to do my own A/C. On time, clean and each person was professional. Entire unit change out done in less than 8 hours.
I cannot say enough good things about Roseville Sheet Metal and their service department. They have been servicing my air conditioning/heating system for several years. They inspect the system annually and make any necessary repairs at a very reasonable cost. Recently, the air conditioner began making a strange noise. I took a video of the unit and sent it to them. Rather than charging for a service call as others might do, they told me the noise was normal and did not require service. No charge. They are as honest as they come. I would recommend them to anyone who requires HVAC service.

Here we were, at the start of the 2020 warm/hot season and our 18 year old air conditioner dies. We called Roseville Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning, our regular AC maintenance service provider, and asked them to update the quote they had given us several years before. After agreeing to the new terms and conditions and a installation date, we ordered a complete new HVAC system. Roseville's crew was right on time and did an outstanding job of system installation in a little over six hours, including an independent third-party inspection. The team leader was great. He kept us informed of what was going on during the installation and explained everything we needed to know. During the installation the crew wore face masks and gloves to protect us from the possibility of COVID-19 germs (thank you). The office staff was also terrific and provided us with scheduling and information we needed for rebates and tax deductions. Indeed, we are very satisfied with the overall product and service. In sum, I can only say that if there were Olympic games for HVAC installations, Roseville Sheet Metal and AC would truly bring home the GOLD.
Roseville Sheet Metal is by far the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with! Larry was on time and very clear with the estimate. The crew of 4 men and 2 trucks came over. They had the furnace and A/C installed correctly in a day. They also found the issue with 2 of our rooms. They didn't stay the same temp as the rest of the house in over 20 years. I

Had to have a new AC unit put in with all the tubing and ‘stuff’ in the attic...and they added a new register/vent in the bedroom ceiling too. This family run, local company consistently delivers quality service to our HVAC systems. They have worked with us to troubleshoot problems and have been honest and forthright when addressing our maintenance and replacement needs. Their customer service is phenomenal with a short response time and nice people doing intake and service delivery. Very impressive.
