Eric and his team installed our new A/C unit a few years ago and it was a great experience. Recently our unit stopped cooling in the middle of a heatwave. Eric came out on a Sunday and made a needed repair. Don’t hesitate to call Belle for any HVAC needs.

Two of our neighbors recommended this company to replace our heater. I was very impressed by the owner who came out to give us the quote. We received three more quotes, and the quote from Belle Air beat the others significantly. They started the work within a couple of days. The workers arrived at my home right on time and started working right away. They were courteous and friendly and I don't think I've ever seen anyone work so hard and so quickly! They replaced the heater, the ducts, thermostat, and widened the return in a matter of hours! They cleaned up completely. Even the owner came out and replaced all of our registers! I really can't say enough good things about this company. Our heater is working great and we have no complaints whatsoever.

Outstanding service!! I left a msg on Thursday evening and they texted me back right away (within 30 min.) with an appt. the next morning. Eric diagnosed the problem right away (bad capacitor) and had our A/C fixed within an hour for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend his company to anyone!!

I appreciate the simplicity of getting a quote from Belle Air Systems; an option to text message especially since I had pictures to show how the older units were set up (including the furnace located in the attic). Unlike other companies where they need to physically see and diagnose the unit (for a fee) and then another appointment to have someone come in to give the pricing options (opportunity to up-sell). More importantly, their price point fits my budget (not the $18k-$21k), and did not up-sell me for what I did not need, hence it reflects their integrity. And honest work is what they did during the installation. And a camaraderie display of work. Moreso, when I mentioned their name to the inspector, he only spoke highly of Eric. He added that they do a great job, so he has never failed any of the work they have done. They were also recommended by another HVAC company and only spoke good things about them.

We decided to have our AC serviced as we have an older unit, Eric fit us in right away and is very responsive and professional. Unit looked great, we still have life in it. Appreciated Eric’s honesty and candidness. Our first time to get service in Roseville as we are new in the area. The first encounter with the owner Eric was very professional. The technicians Dave and Josh are friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend for the excellent service.

My hvac was working fine but I wanted to update to a wifi-enabled thermostat. I had already purchased one and in communicating with Eric, he said he could set me up with a free consultation to have my system looked at for compatibility. Eric was able to get me an appt very quickly, was upfront about the cost of any actual work I might approve, and checked in with me on the morning of my appt. Dave and Josh came out to my home to check the system. They were friendly, professional, and brought their own booties to keep my floors clean. They determined my system needed a new zone board if I wanted to make the thermostat compatible and they had one in their truck. They were upfront about the additional cost and made sure I understood before proceeding with any work. They were very thorough in their explanations of everything. Not only did they install the board and thermostat quickly, they separated the upstairs thermostat control from the downstairs one so I can operate them independently, and assisted me through the significant technical difficulties of connecting the thermostat to my wifi. The technical difficulties were on my end, not theirs, but they were incredibly patient and helpful with me throughout. In testing the new thermostat, Dave noticed one of my vents rattled significantly when the heat turned on and he was able to adjust the vent to prevent that. I appreciate that kind of attention to detail and service. I've had a negative experience with a different hvac business and I cannot express just how pleasant this experience was. I recommend them with zero hesitation and will be keeping their contacts for any future needs.

My wife and I needed to replace our entire HVAC system as our old system was 17 years old and failing. We contacted a couple of HVAC companies to get a quote only to find the staggering cost to replace our old system. Our realtor/friend suggested that we call Eric at Belle Air Systems. Eric came to our home and quickly assessed our system and recommended a 3 ton unit along with a new furnace. Belle Air installs Bryant HVAC systems which are very highly rated units. When we got the quote for the job, we were pleasantly surprised as it was thousands of dollars less than their competitors. They could not have been more courteous and professional. Eric also showed up to check on the progress of the install and ensure we were completely satisfied. Our AC went out in the middle of our heat waves and Eric was prompt and professional in making time to inspect and fix our unit. He worked with us to repair only what was necessary with making us aware that we will most likely need to replace in the near future.
