My AC unit broke down early in the evening on the hottest day of 2022. I called All 1 Mechanical based on a Facebook recommendation. Given the heat wave, my expectations for a rapid response were low by but I was told they would figure out a way to fit me in the very next day. The technician arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the issue and promptly repaired my unit. The technician was very detailed in explaining the issue and very transparent about the cost and options for the repair. My prior experience with HVAC contractors has left me skeptical about up-selling, especially when I am faced with a broken unit with temperatures above 110 degrees. None of these concerns were present in my experience with All 1 Mechanical. Thank you for such a great experience! 5 STARS!!
Over 100 degree weather and my a/c unit not working, I was miserable. All 1 Mechanical was referred to me. They were able to send a technician, Robert and Jay, out the next day. Both were professional and knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with the service. And their prices are lower than any company in the area. I highly recommend All 1 Mechanical.
The All 1 Mechanical team was super helpful in fixing our AC unit and complicated system flush. We were without heat for weeks dealing with a slow and unresponsive competitive company when we finally had enough we reached out to Jon and team and they quickly jumped to help us get our system fixed. It was a complicated project and the team put in many hours of diligent work to properly fix the system and all of the underlying issues that were happening. I would highly recommend using their team for any of your needs.
My AC was not blowing cold air. I called a well established company first to come see what the problem was. That technician said our compressor was shot (which was true). He said it would cost $6,573 to replace and it would take 10 days to get the part. Then he proceeded to try to talk us into a whole new system for $15,000 which he could have installed in just two days! I said No Thank You. I called All 1 Mechanical and Jon, the owner, answered the phone. He asked questions, was patient, and very professional. Quoted me a price which was $3,000 less than the other company. I accepted and had two technicians out The Next Day. They installed a new compressor and fixed some other minor problems. The technicians, Robert and Jay, were friendly, professional and took time to explain everything they did. They told me my HVAC system is fine. The temperature today is going to be 107. I'm so thankful to Jon and his team. Don't waste time figuring out who to call: Call ALL 1 MECHANICAL. You will be glad you did.
Had a great conversation with John, he was very patient and knowledgeable explaining some different options where the big chains won’t talk to you unless you pay for someone to come out. I will be using this company for future work and highly recommend these guys, thanks John!
This is the 2nd time I use this company for Hvac repair. I have been very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the techs. Robert, my Tech, was polite and made me feel comfortable inviting him into my home. He explained the repair and showed me the part that was burnt out. He ordered the part over the phone when he was at my house. He called me back and made another appointment to come out and finish the job. He called me and made sure that it was at my convenience that he installed the part and the system is working great now. I would highly recommend this company for all my Hvac needs and to my friends too.
I was very satisfied with the service that I received from this company. Robert, the tech was very professional and was on a time and called ahead to confirm. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in a language which I could understood what the problem was and what he is going to do to fix it. Happily he went and got the part the same day and fixed it as the temperatures were over a 100. I would definitely recommend this company for all my Hvac needs.

We were in a very bad spot with the freezing cold weather and our children in the home reminding me how cold our home was due to our system ceasing to work on Christmas Eve. I have a York system which is only 4 years old. I have a home warranty company that was not really providing any immediate assistance or interested in rushing my furnace issue. I decided to contact All 1 Mechanical. Robert showed up promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. Robert got straight to work, identified the problem with my system’s control board, and ordered the part ASAP. Part arrived following day and my system is up and running smoothly. Robert has also followed up with me the next day to ensure everything is running smoothly. I recommend and will definitely use this company again in the future as needed. Thank you very much!!!
I did not have heating in my newly renovated mobile home. I found out the contractor had demolished a lot of the existing duct system.Robert from All 1 came out and was very thorough in his explanations and questions we asked about the duct system. After another estimate (they were pushing for the replacement of heater and air conditioner) I decided to use All 1 Mechanichal. It was a very good decision. Adam and Josh were the installers and they were extremely nice and professional. Adam taught me lot about my heating system. And my home is warm.
We have a 23 year old home with 2 AC units. We have been nursing one of the two for 5 or 6 years. We KNEW we needed to take action but at the same time we were not trying to break the bank. We got three separate bids — each of which contained several options. All bids were from highly-rated, reputable, long-term, local businesses In the end, All 1 Mechanical was very competitively priced and gave us several ideas and options that would work for us. When it came time to do the work they showed up on-time (just a few days after agreement) and did what they agreed to with dispatch. There were zero mid-stream up charges or hiccups. We arrived home from vacation on a Saturday night to a partially frozen AC system and 78 degrees in our house. Jon from All 1 Mechanical came to our home the next morning (Sunday), diagnosed the issue and repaired it. He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and honest. He refilled the AC refrigerant that other companies in the past had incorrectly or dishonestly said could no longer be done due to environmental laws and/or trying to sell us a complete, new HVAC system for thousands of dollars! John was quick and flexible with my schedule. He is honest and reliable. Andrew did a great job cleaning and replacing the thermostat. He took the time to help me install the WiFi app to my phone. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
A1 was extremely prompt and professional. My AC was not blowing cold air and they were able to fix it quickly, which is a huge comfort to my family as the days are getting warm. In addition, they took the time to properly clean my unit. I'm so grateful!!

I can't say enough good things about Jon. He was recommended to us by my nephew who used to work with Jon. He was upfront about what we needed, listened to what I could afford and went from there. He was on site and on time during the whole installation. He even came back with a stand for the HVAC system that he replaced on the roof. He was so professional and respectful. Unlike the other company that we called, Jon stayed on top of his promises. I would recommend him anytime!
