We just had Alexa come out today for a maintenance visit. She identified an issue that EHA will come out and address in the near future. I'm sure she didn't expect to be at our home as long as she was, but she performed her work professionally and competently and explained the issue well. The installers were exceptional. Professional explained everything as they went along they did an awesome job. We are very pleased with their service and their crew. Jonathan M saved the day! He is a hard worker, takes pride in the job he does and is fantastic at listening to and educating homeowners about their heating and air conditioning systems. He has years of experience in the industry which made us feel confident our system was in good hands. The pin on the contactor on our air conditioner seized up and a fuse prevented the air conditioner from starting up. He walked us through the troubleshooting process. He explained why the system wouldn't work without replacing the contactor and it's role in starting up the system. He also provided an estimate, so we could decide to move forward with the repair without any surprises. Once the contactor was replaced, he made sure the system was working well. He spent a lot of time with us and made us feel comfortable. In a polite and respectful manner, he educated us why our system wasn't functioning as well as it should be. While we can't afford to replace the ducting at this time, he gave us suggestions to improve our heating and cooling needs and tips how to help maintain our system. He went above and beyond our expectations when he returned late at night because of a strange buzzing sound. It was very important to him that our system functioned without the buzzing, and we were satisfied with his work. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he fixed the problem. We've been with Environmental Heating & Air Solutions for 8 years now and have always been impressed with their technicians and office personnel. Thank you.

My General Electric HVAC system was 45 years old. After replacing the Blower Motor 2 times and the Condenser twice and PG&E rates out of sight I decided to replace my HVAC unit and 7 out of 10 Air Ducts replaced, only 7 as 3 were between floors. Josh Madieros was my Design Specialist suggested a 80% vs 99% efficiency systems I opted for the SLP99V Furnace with the SL28XCV 4-ton Condenser with a SEER up to 28. The Environmental Heating & Air Solutions Removal & Install Team of Lead Kevin Rivas, Jacob Arias and Markus Elers took the better part of 2 days to remove my old equipment and install my new HVAC system and replaced seven ducts on March 9 & 10, 2023 and did a fantastic job. They laid down floor protection for inside work. The system testing was completed but only did a small test on the Air Conditioning unit as the temperature was in the hi 50's, I will give it a good test when it gets hot. The Heating works great and very quiet. I very happy with my new Lennox HVAC, Costco and Environmental Heating & Air Solutions. I was finally able to test the AC unit on the last hot spell we had on April 26th thru the 29th. My system worked great, I just had to throttle back on the down stairs registers to get a balance of cool air up stairs. This is a great system, it’s quiet and very efficient as I checked on usage on line @ PG&E.

3/28/2023: This install was estimated to be completed in one day, on 2/28/2023, but was not. On 3/8/2023, Zach Goater assisted by Hector, came to finish up the installation. Both were professional, competent, respectful and personable. Zach installed the filter at the furnace as required by the contract, something that previously Jacob said was not possible no matter who I asked. He completed the heat pump installation, corrected some wiring connections, started it up, and spent time explaining how the thermostat works. I was very pleased with Zach and Hector. As follow up to the HERS testing, Doyle Collier came today 3/28/2023 to seal the vent boots as required by the HERS inspector. Doyle was also professional, competent, efficient and respectful. He adjusted the thermostat setting that was preventing the heat pump from heating. He also troubleshot the metallic clanging noise that occurred when the air blower starts up. I was happy with Doyle's service. On balance, of the 6 technicians who did work at my home, only one was problematic, the rest of them were fine. The excellent follow ups deserve 5-star ratings.

Technician Jonathan was out to my home for maintence. Absolutely wonderful customer serivce. He sent me a text when he was on his way to my home with an ETA. I so appreciated that. Jonathan was so knowledgeable and was a master at his work when discussing heating and cooling with my husband. He showed us tips and educated us on this system we have installed a year ago. Since I have bad allergies, he also mentioned how there is an addition to help with allergies. I had no idea this was available may purchase in the future. I am so happy with the service this company provides. So friendly and helpful. Their expierence really shows and they hire the best of the best. I will be requesting Jonathan for all my future services! Believe me, if I ever have an issue I know exactly who to call. We went through Costco and were first impressed with the responsiveness of Environmental Heating and Air. The salesman was polite and thorough and we purchased a new HVAC for $24,000 and they installed it within a few days last September. The installers left a huge mess behind with nails and screws, and sharp pieces of metal on our driveway and scattered around our garage. They also drilled into Sheetrock and left the dust on objects and all over the flooring. The AC unit itself was placed on our old concrete pad and it looked unbalanced and ridiculous with pieces of wood placed under the feet to try to balance it. Within 24 hours, in the middle of a heatwave, the AC unit stopped working and an error message appeared on the Smart Thermostat. We contacted the salesman who then stopped returning our calls. The office sent a second team of installers, who were very professional and they saw the problem immediately - the drainage pipe was not installed at an incline so the condensation backed up into the unit causing it to shut down. They spent the next several hours repairing the issue and cleaning up the mess from the previous installers. When Arcon Energy Solutions came to do their inspections, the AC was showing there was a problem needing repair (note: this test must be performed on a day above 60 degrees). On a day when it was in the 40's, EHA sent out the same guy from the first installation to "repair" it and after less than 5 minutes (and wrapping a makeshift blanket around the AC unit to run his test) he proclaimed the unit was in working order. We did not trust his methods and asked that Arcon return to retest the system, but unfortunately the cold weather prevented them from doing the testing - until today when it was above 60 degrees (Note: it's now 5 months later). The technician from Arcon arrived and when I tried to turn the AC unit on for him to perform his test, the Smart Thermometer indicated we didn't even have an AC unit installed. This has been ab

I complained numerous times about the loudness of the fan whenever my heater or AC turned on. Nicole DeLuc assured me at various steps in the inspection process that a sound blanket would be installed, in order to satisfy my complaint. This was never done despite two inspectors noticing the fan's sound was unacceptable. I was dissatisfied and I would not recommend Haddon.

For some reason my gut was suspicious of the tech that came to my house. I left him in my garage, I could here doors open a close. Later to find out he took it upon himself to use our bathroom without asking. I did not like that. Also, he said he was finished and the first thing that came from his mouth was you need a new furnace. I said really? Two other heater technicians never said I need a new one. I told him before I do that I will get another inspection. Then he offered me a cheaper fix but he didn't sound sure if it would work. He wanted approximately $700.00 for a maybe this might work. He offered me finance with a smile for $6000.00 for a new unit. He took a long time to close my unit and would not start until I left the garage.
