I waited around all day for another company and got fed up with them for not showing up in the window they told me, so I called Igor from GIV HVAC. He arrived within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem with our HVAC, showed me everything that was wrong / what he was doing and fixed the problem within 1-1.5 hrs. This was all before the other company even showed up. He was extremely professional, on time and a super nice guy. He was very up front with pricing which was very reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about him and will use him / his company for every HVAC issue moving forward. Excellent service. Thank you Igor!
Oleg is such an amazing great smart man he knows his field and is super profesional. He was on time his quote was super fair & he knew the problem right away. I would refer him to all if you are in need of great fadt honest service.
Heater went out on a cold Saturday, and Igor was able to respond quickly and fix the heater the same day. I recommend this company.

My A/C went out during a heat wave. I googled A/C repair in my area and GIV HVAC came up, they had very good reviews so I decided to give them a call. Igor came out the same day was able to diagnose the issue and fix my A/C system the next day. The following week my elderly fathers A/C went out and I again called Igor and he was there the next day and repaired his system. I highly recommend GIV HVAC, they are reliable, quick, professional and trustworthy.
Oleg and Igor have serviced our HVAC twice and we were impressed both times by their speed and professionalism. The first was an AC repair that took less than an hour for Igor to diagnose and fix. The price quoted was far better than two other companies that came out previously. The second repair was much more complicated but Oleg and Igor were able to install a new AC system for us in a few hours. These guys are honest, hardworking and knowledgeable with great rates and we plan to use them again if/when the time comes!

Oleg and his father Igor were great to work with when my AC died and I needed a new one put in quickly. They were at my door the next morning and did a great job installing. I check around on the pricing and they were fairest of them all. I ended up having a external pump go out a couple months later and Oleg came out and fixed it and didn't charge since I had just used them for the AC. Great company. When you call, they pick up the phone.
Oleg and Igor have been servicing and repairing our HVAC system, refrigerators, and appliances for several years now. They service our house and our condo rental unit. They have always been able to repair our HVAC or appliance issue with no issues. Their very courteous and professional. And they've always responded very quickly when something major has broken. Finally we think their pricing is very competitive in return for their excellent work. We trust them and will continue to call them! We don't post reviews unless we are thoroughly impressed, and I know people (us likewise) sometimes depend on other people's reviews.

Last Feb 2022, Igor was dispatched for $75 to diagnose the cause of my heater's inability to stay lit beyond a minute or so. The flame sensor was fine and after he ran some diagnostics, told me he reset the furnace and that closed bedroom doors may have caused an over heating condition. Unhappy with the failed remedy, Igor returned with his son (business owner). After more diagnostics, they told me I needed to get a new thermostat and replace a weak motor capacitor. I followed their advice but still no improvement. They didn't want to come out a 3rd time because I refused to pay an additional $225 for them not getting it right the first time and then told me it was likely my evaporator coil needed cleaning. I then had a Costco Lennox representative come out for $65 and within 2 minutes advised me to just replace the upper limit switch. He went on to say it was a standard easy fix that any furnace tech should have known and there was nothing to suggest my evaporator coil needed service. For $17.00 on Amazon I replaced it and the system has worked fine since. The take away is beware. Igor is a nice guy and very punctual. Despite these guys work out of their house, I found there are better diagnostic techs out there that cost less. Hopefully you have a better experience.
Absolutely awesome. Came out and fixed the AC at my mom’s house same day) and it was very cold. Professional and made good recommendations on what additional work needed to be done.
Using Oleg and his team for my heater replacement was the best choice I could've made. They provide an extended labor warranty with all the work, longer than most other businesses in the neighborhood. When the new heater they installed seemed to have an issue with how my condo's setup was; instead of making alterations and adjustments to make it work with my unit, he installed another brand new unit as assurance for the quality of their service. Will definitely be going back to them for all my HVAC needs.
Our heater wasn’t working over the weekend and had called several places but some didn’t even call back or told us we had to wait until Monday. Oleg answered on a Sunday morning at 8am and was able to call his dad Igor out to take a look. Igor came to our house within an hour and half and replaced the sensor and pressure switch. We really appreciate the level of service and sense of urgency. He was professional and very knowledgeable.

Awesome service company. Very impressed with the install of a new TRANE HVAC SYSTEM including all new duct work. These guys removed my 31 year old furnace, out door compressor and all duct work that need to go....probably 3 years earlier. Igor, Oleg (son) and their team had the entire job completed by 4pm! (arrived at 7 am).
