Beyond happy with Joe’s Heating and AC Repair. Called on a Monday and one technician came out the same day. Ultimately had a bad control and pilot. He could have easily just said that we needed to replace the entire water heater. Also, he told me what parts to order to save us lots of money! Ordered the parts and they came Thursday morning. Called immediately and they sent out David in a matter of a few hours. AMAZING! Thank you!
Very pleased again with Joe’s Heating and AC Repair. The sales rep I dealt with was excellent with keeping open communications from the start to the end of the fitoff. Haven’t used it yet but it appears to be good and well fitted.
After 15 years of good operation, we had Joe’s Heating and AC Repair replace the water heater that they had originally installed. They did such a good job then (adding earthquake bracing, etc.), we decided to have them back. A good decision. They did a meticulous job installing the new heater, which included modification of the earthquake bracing and the addition of a gas line sediment trap. I hope to be around for the next replacement by Joe’s Heating and AC Repair.
Joe’s Heating and AC Repair technician came and fixed the problem we were having with our house cooling off. I learned more about my AC system by talking to him than I've learned from the multiple other companies I've had service my unit combined. This company provided exceptional customer service. The technician promptly returned our calls and was out servicing our air-conditioner in less than two hours. He thoroughly investigated the problem and went out of his way to locate a part that was difficult to find locally. The charges were extremely reasonable compared to other AC companies. This company went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. We highly recommend Joe’s Heating and AC Repair and will be using them in the near future.

Getting an appointment was simple and frustration free. We had them do an annual AC cleaning/maintenance and we were completely satisfied. The tech they sent came out on- time and was very thorough and professional. I feel that he even went above and beyond with checking things and taping up an area that wasn't completely airtight. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. We will be calling Joe's Heating and AC Repair back for the furnace check!
