Finally an a/c company that actually looks out for their customers. First I want to compliment the entire crew for LA HVAC Expert on there install. The technitian was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He did a great job checking out and servicing both of our units and we are so happy with his professional service.I would highly recommend them.

I called LA HVAC Expert in Pasadena and they had someone come out ASAP. Eddie was professional, on time, and worked well through a difficult installation. We have an annual service contract with them and have been very pleased. We highly recommend this company without any reservations.

Honestly, the importance of an HVAC professional here in LA is an integral part of your quality of life. They backed up their work with a labor warranty for the life of the unit. Eddie came out he help us out with our Nest thermostat making sure our heat comes out good and make sure we get a good price. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Would highly recommend him for his honesty and quality work!

Eddie was very knowledgeable and able to help me troubleshoot the issue with my furnace, over the phone nonetheless! A few minutes on the phone with him and I was able to get my heat up and running. If I ever encounter a repair beyond my abilities, I will definitely trust these guys. He explained everything to me, gave me our options, did not try to upsell and got us back in business ASAP. Heating system was acting up and wasn’t heating the house. Called after hours and they were here in 45min. The crew was great and the work was well done at a great price. Great service and very friendly.

My furnace broke down the other night, and a technician arrived within an hour of my call to repair it so I didn't freeze at night. I'll definitely have him out to service my furnace soon to ensure there's nothing else wrong with it.
Alex did an awesome job trying to figure out why my furnace didn’t work. He stuck around until he fixed it! He got it done and now it’s nice and warm. He thoroughly checked everything. Prior to doing anything, Alex talked to us about what's going on and what the cost would be. I recommend them to all my peeps!

I called this company first thing in the morning. They had a service man out in 1hr. LA HVAC Expert in Laguna Niguel - best service ever. The repair man was kind and explained why our heater went out. The technician is extremely thorough, gave in-depth explanations on my furnace components, and were able to address every issue on the spot. I'm now seating in a nice warm home! Thanks!
