I like this place to get parts, prices are sometimes lower than others. I still want to go back there for more parts when I need parts for my customers.

Poor service, poor knowledge. Find another source for Trane parts where they can/will help you. Showed counter guy the actual part, gave him the model & serial number - only to find out, they don't sell to the public. Then, he gave me the wrong place that could take care of me, then - found out when I got home he had given me/them the wrong part numbers. Complete, incompetent waste of time.

I've purchased parts from this store for over 15 years and the current staff is professional and courteous! Rachel and Tammy have been all stars in the customer service department and I look forward to at least 15 more years shopping at this location. Trane Supply has kept the 21 properties I've worked in great condition along with keeping our customers cool!
Great store! Needed a 5/16by 1/4 adapter and they were only store to have it in stock. Few of them. Friendly guy on desk

The team has grown! With four new members, last recently starting the beginning of this month, the store is staffed to take care of all customers needs! The team has listened to feedback and are ready to take care of their customers!
Trane customer service has always been terrible, they got a little better for a couple years but looks like they are back to their old ways. Order parts and they always seem to forget to place the order. I have been waiting on stupid crank case heaters for 3 weeks now. When they told me they were only 3 days out. Looks like im going back to universal parts on trane units.
Never Answers phone
