John showed up on time and was very professional. Within minutes he was able to diagnose our problem and went to work right away to fix our system. Even though our A/C unit is older, it now works like new. We tried using a popular local HVAC repair company and their technician did very little investigating and just tried to sell us a new A/C unit. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. I highly recommend Trinity Heating and Cooling!
Our AC went out three weeks ago and we've had to go back and forth with our home warranty company and different companies to get second opinions and make sure the work that needs to be done is correct since the cost is pretty high. Since it had already been two weeks into our AC being broken at this point, our home warranty company sent out a request for bid that was a rush. Trinity bid on the rush request and came out the next day to inspect. The tech looked at everything and agreed with the other companies on what was wrong. At this point, all we needed from Trinity was to submit the work order information to our home warranty company so the approval process could start and we could finally start getting the work done. By Monday at about 10:00 am the home warranty company said they hadn't received the work order, so I called Trinity. The owner, John, said they were really busy and were trying to get to it. I reminded him that this was a rush and his response didn't change. By Tuesday at noon I hadn't seen the report still so I called again to ask about the status. He said he would hopefully get to it by the end of the day. I reminded him again that this was a rush request and he said that they're working on a lot of ACs and everyone has to be treated the same, so he'll get to us when he can. I let him know that my issue was that we can't even start the approval process with the home warranty company until he submits his report. I also told him we'd had four other companies come out and no one else had taken this long to submit a report. Literally every other company submitted their reports within 12 hours. He then said "maybe you should call one of those companies to do the work then." I let him know we would. Unbelievably bad customer service. He actively bid for this rush request and then wouldn't make the time to actually do what needed to be done in any sort of rush. If he hadn't bid for it, we wouldn't have waited 4 days to get assigned to another company w
I know A/C problems are keeping these guys busy this time of year, but thank goodness John had no excuses & was very responsive. After leaving him a message after-hours, he responded first thing in the morning, came out that afternoon & had it running in a few minutes. Thanks again John!

Trinity’s service is nothing less than exceptional. Communication was excellent for the entire service from planning to finishing the job. The issue I had with my AC was diagnosed/fixed immediately upon arrival. Trinity also went the extra mile to do maintenance work on my AC unit, even though they had already fixed the main problem. Definitely will book them again in the future for my HVAC needs.
I trust them. I had another company come in and want to 25,009-30,000 form me to fix what?? This company is honest. they came and fixed everything for $100 they were very honest -sincere -authentic. I would recommend them to anyone especially when you know there’s companies out there they’re not trustworthy

I spoke to John Teruel over the phone and he spent a lot of time trying to help me figure out the problem before his crew came out to my house. I was not successful in finding the problem but his amazing crew identified the issue fast. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you again!
I asked for a coil cleaning and to check my freon levels. All that was done in less the 20 mins. Air still feels the same, no change. He put up some kind of gadget to my vents. Which didn't work or he didn't know how to work it. Or more than likely was in a rush. I paid $250 for my unit to be hosed down?? Never again!!!!
John came out and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his truck. Problem fixed, in the middle of a heat wave!! We will be replacing our entire unit soon and Trinity will be doing the work.
They answered the phone and were quite responsive; showed up on time and repaired our AC when others said we needed a new system. Great job!
John send out his crew to help us during the crazy heat wave. One of our AC units at the restaurant went down and without it we couldn't keep our dining room open, luckily the repair was fast, easy and on time. Thank you guys!
John was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected and maintained our HVAC system and even gave some things to look out for. Made himself available if I had any questions or concerns down the road, and even ballparked a new system if we decided to go that route. Very pleased with John and Trinity! 👍🏻

Trustworthy and amazing!
This is my second time using Trinity Heating and Air and once again I am a happy satisfied customer. A couple of years ago they installed a whole house fan that has worked great and it is very quiet. Using the whole house fan at night keeps my house cool well into the late morning or afternoon without having to use my air conditioning. This time they installed a new heating and air unit for the house. They completed the job in just two days and they were friendly, professional and they cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend Trinity to all of my friends and family. I almost forgot to mention that their pricing is very fair and reasonable.
Brandon arrived right on time and he was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Took care of business in a prompt manner. Very happy with his service.
