Savannah from Tokay H&A called and offered a maintenance program for my system. With her professional knowledge and cheerful attitude, she sold me on the program right away. At the appointment time, Bran showed up and busily set to work checking out the heater and AC. He changed the filter, and was efficient and thourough. He presented the paperwork, explained what he had done, and headed out the door with a wave and a smile. Great customer service all around!
We had a whole new system installed and couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Brian and his team did great and I'll be referring this business to friends and family.

When my elderly Dad called Tokay Heating and Air to let them know his heater was not working. Tokay Heating and Air came out and in 48 hours had us up and running including ordering parts and installation. I can not say enough good things about Brian who not only showed up exactly when he said he would, but also diagnosed the problem of a broken fan motor that needed to be replace while being sensitive to the cost of the repair. When Brian was contacted by the parts department to ship out the fan motor they almost shipped out the wrong part but thanks to Brian verifying the order that was not the case. Thanks Brian for going above and beyond with your customer service. To Nadia and Suzie in the office thank you both so much for being so friendly and courteous keeping us informed every step of the way! We will never go anywhere else for service and maintenance! We will continue to use Tokay Heating and Air!
I used Tokay Heating & Air to replace my HVAC unit. Not knowing the pricing, I originally thought I could get a unit installed for $5k, but after upgrading the unit, it was nearly $20k. I bit the bullet and went with them without shopping for a few reasons, I felt confident that they were one of the better companies in town, and I talked myself into the long-term savings the new system would provide over the next 10 to 20 years of living here. Overall I am happy with the purchase, our city bill is down about $200, and I've been running the house at a lower temperature.
My AC went out during 111 degree heat wave. They returned my 8 pm call immediately and a service person came the next morning. They gave me an estimate. When the part arrived they informed me the damage wasn’t as extensive as they thought and only charged me 1/3 of the estimate. They were the only company who ever returned my call, I left messages at five Lodi heating and air companies. Tokay Heating and air were responsive and prompt. This is an extremely honest company with fair prices and professional staff. I will never go anywhere else for service and maintenance!
Tokay Heating & Air installed a brand new +$16K Lennox system back in 2019 at my house. I rarely use the system since its a two story house and the downstairs stays cool and I run my whole house fan at night. I noticed the air has seemed less and less cold. Called a separate tech out for what I thought would be an easy fix. He showed me where Freon was visibly leaking out of the soldered connections from installation and quoted $1,800 to re-solder the bad connections, vacuum the entire system, and recharge. He said its a craftsman issue and Tokay Heating & Air should fix it. I called Tokay Heating & Air. They said they can't take what the other tech said as fact (fair) and would look at the system if I paid the $90 service fee. I agreed but asked what happens if what the other tech said is in fact true and Tokay did a poor job installing. That's when the manager said he was 99% sure it would not be Tokay's fault. Even if the pipes were leaking, someone else must have came out and worked on it since it was installed which I know isn't true, plus, if anyone touched it since it was installed that would be a sign it was installed poorly! He also said how could I possibly expect a craftsman warranty on a system that's 3 years old?! "Imagine buying a brand new car, not using it for 3 years and then being mad it wouldn't start." are his exact words... Uh what?? Talk about taking pride and standing by your work. A $16K system should last a lot longer than 3 years. There are plenty of HVAC companies with 4+ star reviews and ratings. Don't settle for this company, it will not save you money in the short or long run. Since I can't respond to "Ron's" response - I never talked to the owner, Ron. I asked to, which they denied. I NEVER dropped any F bombs, nor did I hang up on them. Making these claims to discredit my bad experience isn't a great look. The last thing said on the phone was that they wouldn't warranty their work even if they determined it was their fault. I said
A/C unit went down Tuesday morning. Tokay sent tech out and replaced capacitor and uptake fan. Still had problems, next day no one available but on Thurs a supervisor Brian came checked it out and fixed unit at no extra charge. I hope they realize what an asset he is to their company. Everything good now. Thanks
Tokay Heating & Air Conditioning has come out twice a year, for many years, to provide system maintenance on our heating and air system. Its worth the small cost each month to be part of their Preferred Customer Program and this service has kept our old air conditioning system running way beyond its years. I would highly recommend them!
Everyone went above and beyond and they were quick to come out! We have children with disabilities in our home and they were aware of this because they have provided excellent maintenance over the years. They provided us with portable ac equipment while they replaced our over due unit, the installation crew were very clean and thoughtful! Our over all experience was Great 👍 I would recommend them for all your ac needs!!!
Replaced a 15 yr old HVAC with a new Lennox system. Brian was very helpful explaining options, and his crew installed the new AC, furnace and thermostat in one day. Everything works great!
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable
I'm going to preface this review by saying that I am a mom to a medically fragile seven year old. One of the complications of his many diagnoses is that he is unable to sweat normally which can lead to him overheating very easily. With that said my HVAC system stopped working during a string of 90 degree days. My system is relatively new but was installed by another company who was pretty non-responsive to my requests to have it looked at. Tokay Heating and Air came out extremely quickly after I contacted them. I can not say enough good things about Brian who not only showed up exactly when he said he would, but also diagnosed the problem and fixed it as quickly as possible. In addition the company went above and beyond to be sensitive to the cost of the repair. Everyone I have dealt with is courteous and friendly. I will definitely be using them for any and all of my HVAC needs from here on out.
We have received biannual checkups for more than 10 years and a few years ago we purchased new heating and air conditioner. We have had a couple issues over the years and every time, they responded quickly and efficiently to meet our needs. Every service person has been professional and friendly. We highly recommend them
I was referred to Tokay heating & air by Lowes. We are very happy with our replacement HVAC system. The staff at Tokay are very helpful and recommended a system which fit our needs. they didn’t try to upsell us on a larger system like one of their competitors. They offered the complete system for 8k less than the competition. The install was done in one day. The crew was professional and cleaned up after the job was done. The city inspector even complemented the quality of work. I highly recommend Tokay heating and air.
The technicians from Tokay Heating and Air have consistently arrived at their scheduled appointment time, never have we had a delay. They perform their assessments quickly and thoroughly, and have always taken the time after their inspection to discuss their findings with me.
