All Air answered the phone quickly, was at my home on time, friendly, had the correct materials, took away the trash and empty boxes and promised to come back with the right parts. The new Lenox heater and AC works just fine and I’m looking forward to being a lot more comfortable in my home.

Serviceman was able to figure out what the problem was parts are needed but ordered was able to do a quick fix with Freon added.
All Air did an awesome job at a competitive price. I got 3 estimates for an A/C replacement for one of my rental properties. One company tried to sell a device that cannot be legally sold in California. All Air pointed this out on their estimate and honored the quoted price with superior equipment.

It is so hard to trust service providers. Too many will charge you to diagnose a problem, charge you without consulting you. Vinh Le was the opposite of that experience. He quickly told me I can fix the problem myself and walked me through the process. I had a few questions along the way and he was a phone call away. We will have some bigger dollar needs I. The future and I will call Vinh. I already referred him to a friend.
We are thrilled that we were led to find and select All Air Conditioning and Heating. After 30 yrs, our A/C went out during a Heat Wave. We called All Air and they sent out Service Tech Vin that evening- 7 pm. After checking out our system, he identified several areas of unsafe conditions in our old system and recommended replacing it. Knowing we had been heating and cooling on borrowed time, we selected their Deluxe system. The next morning, two techs arrived early to install our new furnace and A/C and remove the old ones. Their work was very good and their demeanor friendly and professional. When they left, we had a beautiful new system, quiet and very efficient. Today, two techs arrived to do the Aeroseal which is a sealing of all the ducts in the house to eliminate leakage and improve efficiency. Again, they did a very professional job. I cannot express how pleased we are with All Air in Lodi, Ca. I highly recommend them.
In years past I typically had both units, AC and heating, serviced every year. I delayed servicing because the units were new and I couldn’t find a recommended company until late last year. A golf partner, who also lives in Lodi, recommended All Air. I made an appointment to have both units serviced. I would characterize my experience yesterday as exceptionally good. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 9 and 11. Sean arrived at 10:45. Clean; well groomed and personable. He was open to questions. After showing him the location of the heat pump and air hauler he proceeded with the servicing. After servicing the heat pump he showed me photos of the inside components and his findings. He then went into the attic and serviced the air hauler. He reviewed photos. No issues. He then tested the operations of both the air conditioning and then the heater which continues to operate properly. It is only one day but based on my experience I would recommend Sean and All Air. All-Air has been working hard to get my HVAC system up and running.Theyve had some issues with faulty equipment, but have replaced the Air Conditioner and the motor in.the furnace. They have been willing to get people out right away and get the replacement parts installed and working.Their follow up six months after installation was done in an efficient and timely manner.
The team from All Air was just fabulous. it was a very complicated issue and they solved it while being very communicative and professional. Big shout out to Vin!
We were so glad we didn’t have to wait days to get our new air conditioner, in two days we had it. But when we tried to turn our heat on nothing happened. We called and the same day Vinh L came out and had to rewire our new thermostat. He was very nice and had it done in no time. Thank you
