Very efficient at what they do and on time always gives you a message when the technician is on the way.
Every one was very friendly and efficient. They did a great job and answered any questions I had.
He went above and beyond the Call of Duty just to make sure that I was comfortable with everything that he was doing. Earlier in the morning I had a very bad experience with a different disreputable service technician from another company and this young man put everything right and was courteous, informative and respectful. I would highly recommend using this company.
Very impressed with his knowledge and his trouble shooting skills? I have back ground knowledge been out the business 10 yr. Turn circular blower and can see if a two man job.
Bradon did a good job. He diagnosed the problem, got parts ordered, put in a temporary fix. Then he came back to finish the job as soon as the parts came in. He was also comfortable with your big, noisy dogs!
Superb technician. Easiest description would be he was a true artist and craftsman. Very customer oriented and skilled in each task performed from disassembly to reassembly, brazing, testing and cleanup. Suffice it to say Brandon Teves is the master HVAC tech you want every time. Five star job!!! Thank you, Brandon!!
From my first call to schedule an estimate appointment through the final walk-through after installation, Blackwell Services was a pleasure to work with. Chris, Albert and Isaac were professional, punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the great communication and the fact they treated my home with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Albert, Isaac, and Julio did such a great job putting in our second-story mini-split. They went above and beyond their worklist, making structural changes we requested, dealing with an antiquated electrical panel, and removing the old ducts from closets and crawlspaces. And this was all accomplished with a high degree of superior workmanship and friendly professionalism-- a combination of traits one rarely sees these days. Honestly, I'd give them 6 stars if I could..
Brandon did a good job installing the new A/C unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
Brandon Teves did a superior job servicing/repairing our wall air/heating unit. Besides being highly professional and skilled, Brandon was also very courteous and polite.
Freddy and David installed our new kitchen range hood and did an excellent job, they were very professional and courteous. We will be using Blackwell Services again to service our HVAC system.

Found these guys online and knew I liked the company from the friendliness and responsiveness I was given by Maria in the office. John came out to thoroughly diag our 35 yr old dying system then Chris came out to measure and sell us a new one that would meet our needs. Freddy & David just finished installing our new state of the art system and all of this went down in 6 days! Highly recommended.

Recently had an air conditioner and heater put in by Blackwell Services, they showed up on time, we're extremely professional, jovial and seemed to actually enjoy their work. Freddy Was sure to let us know every step that they were doing. Always asked permission to enter the house when needed, etc. He went above and beyond in making sure everything was done, done correctly, and that everything was working to satisfaction before leaving the job. I sadly cannot remember whom assisted him on the first day, but on the second day David was his assistant. Both of them were also professional and seemed determined to get the job done right. I'd definately reccomend Blackwell as a Heating & Air company. In fact, my mother's house needs central heat and air put in soon, and I will be giving my business to Blackwell again.
