Milton, Saul and Julio worked well together. They stayed on task for 3 days. Milton did a good job as lead tech -- showing Saul and Julio the best methods and ways to work with the mechanical and electrical aspects of the project. Alex was responsive and prompt with quotes, product info. and call backs. We really like the products selected by Alex. No more gas to heat the house. We especially like the new electronic air filter and UV light. Ken J

Their maintenance is great and worth it. You spend so much for these complex HVAC systems. I tried to self diagnose and just didn’t have the years of experience I needed. O.T. Came out the day after I called because of a strange sound. He was great, answered all my question, very patiently. Tip: do purchase your semi-annual air filters from outside, like Amazon before you schedule your 6 month maintenance. You can save $40 each. And they will install them no charge

This company installed my hot water heater that they relocated from the garage to the backyard. I had very little break is use of hot water. I asked when they were going to finish with the hot water heater. Didn't realize they had already completed the relocation. They also, removed and installed a new heating unit, ducts, thermostat. Ceasars, Milton and Isiah Johnson are a few of the workers that completed the heater and hot water heater at my home. I would definitely recommend them to replace and/or repair your heating, cooling and plumbing at your home. I'm extremely satisfied with how professional, friendly, punctual, courteous they are.
This company is excellent!!! Rico and Isiah installed brand new water heater and fixed my furnace. They did outstanding work, cared, and didn't stop til job was finished. I would definitely use this company again! Rico and Isiah deserve a raise! Thank you.
Cesar replaced a wall heater unit and relocated and replaced water heater. He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the work and the timely manner it was done.

Rico from Superior Mechanical visited for my scheduled home HVAC maintenance. He was methodical and thorough. He also left notes on my customer invoice copy to reference for the next scheduled visit including a UV lamp that was supposed to be replaced, but the part was not given to him prior to his visit.

I HAD NO HEAT FOR MONTHS BECAUSE OF MY OLD 1991 HEATING SYSTEM WENT OUT. SUPERIOR CAME IN RESPECTED MY COVID 19 MASK POLICY AND WORE SHOE COVERINGS AND THEY LAID DOWN COVERING TO PROTECT MY CARPETS. THEY CAME IN DID THE JOB PROFESSIONALLY EXPLAINED HOW TO WORK THE THERMOSTAT AND IM SO HAPPY I FINNALLY HAVE HEAT. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
