Josh was extremely timely in his response to my repair request. He did a wonderful job diagnosing the issue, and quickly had our system back up and running. I would definitely use him again in the future.
HR&M is the BEST!!! Fast, Friendly, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. We can't say enough about the customer service except that if we could, we would give them, and more specifically, Josh gets 10 stars.
HR&M is all about value, quality, professionalism, and service. The install was smooth and looks great. Price wise extremely competitive with warranty. Extremely knowledgeable technicians and very accommodating owner.
Josh was super fast in responding to my request for repair. The customer service is superb and he was super respectful and gave us a complete rundown of what he was going to do and if he ran into any issues he would let us know right away. Definitely a company that we will use again in the future. Highly recommend!
