Called out for fridge repair. Ultimately recommended we needed a replacement. Only charged call out. Came on time, explained the issue, no complaints. One thing I feel weird about is that the locations on Google maps don't seem real addresses. They are residential homes or office space with a different business on the door. Since they are visiting me, I don't need them to necessarily have a physical location, but this feels a bit like it's designed just to show up on location based searches.

I have used their service two times and have been happy so far. First time we had an issue with out heater and Adam checked on it. He was honest and did not come up with extra costs and expenses here and there that some other people might do (given that I was clueless about furnace system) and I appreciated that a lot. Second time, we had our bathroom fan installed by one of the technicians and he did a nice clean job, very nice guy. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely ask them again for any repair in my place.
