On time, professional, skilled at communicating the problem and willing to listen and present options. Great qualities to have when serving the homeowner and the business. David did all of these things in a timely manner . He would be welcomed back to repair our air conditioning any time.

Our AC died in the heat wave! I reached out to the Service Champions Call Center, they gave me priority service being an MVP+ member and David was at my house before the end of the day. David was awesome! We looked at the system together and found the issue - and our system was up and running in no time! David was great to chat with and even my kids thought he was a cool guy!
Luis Rivas is the best technician at Service Champions. He knows everything about AC, furnace and water heater repair, maintenance, diagnosis and installation. Luis is highly experienced, knowledgeable and professional. He is an excellent teacher as well. Luis always comes on time to rescue me when my AC needs a pair of dedicated helping hands.
This morning I had a service tune up for my AC and furnace safety check from Ricky Williams at Service Champions. Ricky was thorough in his work, and shared photos of each item that was in need of service. I was impressed with his experience and knowledge of each system component, explaining its function and health. He was personable and answered all of my questions. Overall, one of the best service techs I have had in my home.

Needed to have HVAC system looked at because of system degradation. Making an appt was so easy. Email and text confirmations as well as text from tech just before he arrived! Smooth professional inspections and full report of findings with suggested options. Ron Ruybal and his team arrived on time and installed everything in a day!! They removed the old system and sealed all the registers, tested the system and instructed us on the use of the various components. Cleaned up any debris and always was careful of our home.

Excellent response time. I had my appointment the day after I called. David arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He thoroughly explained what the problem was, showed me photos of what my system looked like compared to what it should look like, then explained my repair options and cost. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Looking fwd to your return to replace the 'hard start kit' that's not currently working properly and it will be under full warranty since the part is covered under Serv. Gina did a great job with the furnace cleaning and tune up and a/c tune up and cleaning. She was very thorough with her inspection. Highly recommend her!

Jim came 10 minutes early, greeted my dog at the front door. He was very professional, very personable, and a joy to converse with. I am convinced he did his very best to give me the best deal for the house, which I think was very good. This is my fourth air conditioner and furnace units that I have had Service Champion install. I’ve never had a problem with any of their work or any of their workers. Would love to have Jim come back again for my next unit.
