Excellent installation of A/C and Heater unit. Ned, Ed, Sergio and Michael, showed up on time and took their time in taking our old unit and installing the new one. Ned show me the new unit and explain how the city will process the permit.
Had a Full House Heat Pump and Condenser and new thermostats installed by Miller AC Recently, they did a great job. I have also used Miller AC and Heating when I had another place and the furnace stopped working the day before Thanks Giving, these guys were out and fixed the problem within hours. I had a great experience from this local company. From my first meeting with Mike to the final day with the install crew, it just went almost TOO smoothly. Replacing a heat and air conditioning system is a major investment and there are lots of options to consider. Mike was great at explaining how things would be installed and exactly what I would be getting. He's a patient guy. The install crew, Dan, Sean and Cameron were efficient, left the work areas clean and picked up, and took the time to explain the operation and maintenance tips. Of course, my 20 year old HVAC decided to stop working on a cold day this spring, and I had no idea who to call. After a quick google search, I decided to call Miller's because I had heard of them. You never know what you are going to get, and I do not have enough knowledge of HVAC to protect myself. First, they could not give me an appointment until the afternoon, so they had someone drop off a space heater so I wouldn't freeze (bonus points). Second, Ori D., the technician, called early, and asked if he could come by sooner (more bonus points). Third, I was being very skeptical of everything he told me, but it was quickly apparent that he was being honest and looking at all my options. He was able to fix the unit, for minimal cost, and showed me with his camera where there was some wear in the unit, but not too bad yet. I was very pleased with Ori's professionalism and generally helpful manner and never felt like he would try to "sell" more than was necessary. I will always recommend Miller's and Ori in the future.
I contacted Miller's to replace my 18 year old HVAC system and everything from the design/consultation/installation was timely and thorough. Whenever, I had a question or concern, they were answered promptly. The installers came at the promised time and the work was performed thoroughly. I also want to personally thank Mike (one of the owners) who took a hands on approach to my project to insure completeness and quality.
My AC wasn't working so I called Larry. Once we connected, he came over the same day and got my AC working. I had called another service provider, who had told me that I would have to spend hundreds of dollars re-wiring my system. Larry was able to fix it quickly and in under an hour, for less than $100. He is professional, personable, and extremely responsive. I highly recommend him.

I’ve used Miller’s at my home and rental units for a number of years. They are quick to respond and seem honest in their repair assessments. I recently had Ori out to my condo in Pleasanton and he was very knowledgeable and professional in his repair skills. Larry, you’re not paying him enough!!!
Mike, Dan and the crew did a fantastic job! Even though my installation was odd and quite difficult to complete (furnace in the crawl space), they did a fantastic job! Everything was cleanly installed and not a sign of them being on site except for that sweet cool air. I would highly recommend their service.

My AC unit's compressor stopped working properly, the motor would run, but not the blades. Called Miller's Air Conditioning & Heating, explained my problem and was able to set up an appointment for today, to have a technician come over and check it out. Got a call from Ori, about 30 minutes before the appointment, asking me if it would be okay for him to come a little earlier. I told him not a problem, he came and to my delight not only was he able to detect the problem, but was able to fix it right away at a very reasonable price. Very happy with Ori and the Miller Company. Thank you for a job well done.
We had our AC unit inspected for a routine maintenance before the hot summer arrived. Ori D. responded and was very professional, explained and showed me everything he was testing and answered all of my questions. It turned out all I needed was a new capacitor and that all of my other system was functioning properly. He was very respectful and polite, I would highly recommend Miller's for any HVAC issues.

Larry is the BEST. Took time (even in his day off) to service my A/C! Heading into triple digit heat with no A/C was a horrible feeling. Super thankful for Larry (Super friendly and professional too). Highly recommend
