The technicians showed up on time which I really appreciate. Two technicians Isaiah and Michael cleaned my dryer vent and also reattached the dryer vent to the wall. Followed was their senior technician to service the heating ad a/c unit. He gave a very thorough report of the condition of the two units and advice on how to up keep the a/c unit for the coming summer season. I will call them again next year to do the same service at my house.
Stay away from Bradford Air and Heating!!! They showed up an hour and a half late for my dryer vent cleaning. A day or two after they left, we realized that the top of our dryer had visible dents that weren’t there before, and the dryer was making strange noises, in addition to condensation around the dryer itself. Turns out the guys who came out didn’t clamp the vent hose to my dryer, only to the wall. After calling to explain the situation, Jay, the service manager, also the highest person in the organization, believed his employees over the customer. He said “well, the story my guys are giving me and what you’re telling me are different, so, sorry”. He said that his employees asked me a couple questions, when they did not. They laid on top of my dryer per Jay. And per the “contract” I signed, it said that the company wasn’t liable for any damages done to the dryer, so Jay said he wouldn’t compensate me for the damage. The only thing I got comped was a refund for the dryer vent cleaning. All in all, a rather horrible customer service experience and a terrible company as well. I’d recommend literally anyone else to clean your dryer vent.
Highly recommended! I was able to get an appointment for a dryer vent clean & AC tuneup within days of calling. The technicians that come to my home, Eduardo and Isaiah, were professional, polite and super friendly. I will absolutely use Bradford again!

Jay does great work, is honest, and I can tell he really cares about his customers. He did a full installation of new AC and heater units with little issue. I would definitely recommend Bradford Air & Heating to anyone looking for heater or AC home service.

I called these guys Saturday for an emergency service and I was told they do not have anyone available even though their service claims "24 x 7" service. Then they gave me an appointment for Monday and I had to call twice since the guy did not show up and then the lady tells me the guy that was assigned to the project had an emergency and wanted to schedule for Tuesday. I told them not to bother. Extremely unreliable service.
Team was very nice, professional, great customer service additude. Trustworthy need more like them. They serve the BRADFORD BUSINESS WELL WITH THERE HEART. NOT JUST TO BE PAID.
people were very nice and helpful. Sadly the problem was not completely solved. I found the problem at the air-condition tubing entering the house.there was a small gap. that is where the rodent had got in.Christina was very helpful.

i have used Bradford Air and Heating several times. The employees are very professional and have always been on time. They do a great job and clean up everything after they are done. I would highly recommend them for any job. The prices they charge I have found to be more then fair compared to others.
New heat & a/c unit mounted on the roof, Jay came out inspected old system 29 years and recommended a new unit. They did exactly what they promised start to finish 1 day. It’s nice to find a reasonably priced professional contractor. Jay at Bradford is exactly that !

I started using Bradford Air and Heating after another company told me I would need a completely new AC system and quoted an outrageous price. I called Jay and he fixed the AC which I ran all summer. Just the other day his professional staff came out and checked the heating system. All is well. Bradford Air and Heating can be depended upon to be honest and professional.
