I requested Chris come back and check out my a/c unit after the service. My neighbor thought he and his wife could hear my a/c during the day and night and felt vibrations from its compressor. Chris arrived on time. He confirmed my a/c unit was operating nominally and its noise level was within specifications.The pad the a/c unit is mounted on is a vibration and noise absorbing material. I highly recommend Barker Heating & Cooling and especially Chris for any of you hearing and a/c work.

Every individual I spoke with at Barker over the last few days demonstrated the utmost in courtesy, professionalism and focus on superior service! When Chris arrived today for repairs to our condenser he epitomized each of these characteristics. He is a credit to the business and I highly recommend Barker for your air conditioning and heating needs.

Stephanie, our Barker Tech, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and a very pleasant person to deal with. She’s come out on a previous service call so it was great to see that she was our tech today.
Barker A/C installers Anthony Soto and Hector Equihua were friendly, courteous and professional; they arrived on time, they wore booties, used tarps and kept work areas clean. They also informed us about filing a permit for our new A/C unit, so they were incredibly helpful.
Great guy, great work! On time, punctual, text messages and phone calls ahead of time, wonderful customer service. I wish all businesses operated like this, but sadly , most of them don't. Superior!

Kyle was my rep today. He texted and called me to let me know of his arrival time. He showed up on time and introduced himself to me. He came in and did our tune up on our AC unit and even gave us tips for maintenance. Great first impression and would definitely want to use the company again!

I was referred to Barker Heating & Cooling by a friend. I called and the customer service was great. I was able to get a next day appointment. Dave came out to my home. He was professional, nice, and very informative. I was home alone and felt safe with him in my home. I was very happy with the service I received and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend using this company.
Bad experience. Phone calls not returned after initial install and water heater line cut and no inspection and no attempt to rectify problem. Initial install of heating and sc resulted in poor quality results , big expense and unkept promises to resolve some issues
Chris evaluated our current system and provided information and an estimate for a new furnace & A/C.
Hostile speeder employee on 680-S. This company needs to be stricter on who drives their vehicles, I don’t mind sharing my dash cam video and the company’s license plate number to y’all. It’s the end of the month and there are plenty of cops looking for speeders, my bad for not going 80-90 mph for you! If I’m paying for being on the Fastrak lane, don’t try to flash your headlights and raging on me when you zoom pass me. Will post the videos and screenshots soon, thanks! Think this company needs to invest in having a speed limit to their vehicles, not the first time I’ve seen a terrible Barker driver.

David was very professional and very helpful and informative. He did not charge to come out and check the A/C unit that has been worked on over multiple days in the previous week that was still not working. This was not due to any issue with Barker the unit is over 35 years old and needs to be replaced. The previous tech said so and David just confirmed that and was very kind to relay to another of his team that will contact me to discuss. Very pleased with the service from Barker and from David Fernandez specifically
