Installation a heat pump system
AIS installed a heat pump at my house, replacing an old gas furnace. The new system is great and all, but AIS did fast and clean work to install it and came back multiple times to insure everything was operating smoothly. Every employee I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional and just nice people. Highly recommend AIS.

Hi Daniel, Your Install Team 1 was at my house to relocate the HVAC system condensation water discharge point on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. Before starting their work, they explored the different options with me. They kept the work site organized and tidy. They are very conscientious and hard-working people. We got our AC installed and the furnace replaced with them in 2022. AIS folks were knowledgeable, provided great advice, and efficient with their time. We had a small permit issue with the AC being visible from the front of the house, and AIS was quick in getting the problem fixed so we can get the permit closed out. I also got the free 1-year checkup of the two units today with Michael H. He did a test run of the systems and checked the gas and electrical connections as well as our duct work with our new return. He was very helpful with providing tips for maintenance of the system.
AIS installed a HVAC system a year ago and it is working great. This week they did a one year check-up on the system and Michael was very thorough, doing pressure tests and checking the power of the furnace stages. Way more than I was expecting...Thanks!
The tech Michael arrived within the promised time frame and performed the free annual checkout for our furnace and AC units. Our units were installed by AIS last year, everything seemed to be working fine until Michael arrived and noticed the furnace filter was installed in the wrong orientation. We were glad Michael noticed it and corrected it for us but were annoyed by the fact the filter was installed incorrectly by the first crew. That explained why we were sneezy in the morning when the furnace started in the morning.
My neighbor recommended AIS after her furnace installation, and I am very happy with my recent furnace installation experience. Initial assessment/visit was thorough (shout out to Mauricio) and provided me with the right information I needed to make my install decision. Install visit was professional, curteous, and was much more efficient/timely than I thought it would be given the age of the unit. They replaced a 20+ year Lennox with a Bryant Legacy Single Stage Furnace which was perfect for my household's needs. They helped reconfigure the foundation for the new unit, optimized the thermostat location, and I love the more user-friendly access filter compartment (Thank you Wilson & Juan!). Post Inspection visit was also very wonderful with a friendly, curteous, and informative inspector who ensured the unit was at it's best with some follow up enhancements. Overall I had a really great experience for the value and will definitely recommend AIS to my family/friends.

I used AIS to have them install new AC, furnace, duct work, and move the thermostat. Michelle was wonderful to work with. When the install was going to take a little longer, she was on top of it. The install team was good and very professional.
Art walked through the entire house and gave me tons of advice and suggestions on all of my systems. Was very relieved to hear my furnace and water heater still had many more years left, and there was no up selling at all, just good advice. They were definitely not the cheapest but was willing to work with my budget, and I'm willing to pay a bit more for a 10 year labor warranty and the level of customer service Art provided. Thanks for a job well done!

We called at the last minute and needed urgent repairs on the heating system, which suddenly stopped working. AIS rearranged the schedule and made it over the same day. The HVAC engineer did not leave until everything was working again. What a great company! Thank you!
