It wasnt very complicated, life shouldnt be. Had to have to enitre A/C units repaired and replaced on third story roof, in tight wroking conditions, (no area to stage), also removed old heating system in home. They were never late, always early. They wroked until finished. No we have to jump to another job and then dissappear. You get what you pay for. Very satisfied!
Their work is the best out there. Period.

In home servicing was scheduled quickly and easily. Customer service rep John arrived a few minutes early and completed the requested maintenance in a professional manner. I recommend Rusher AC to residents of the South Bay.
Rusher Air replaced the air conditioning unit outside of my residence. The compressor failed and because of the age of the unit 20 years old it was decided that the replacement of the unit was more practical. After the installation of the AC unit the Thermostatic expansion valve was discovered to not be operating correctly which probably caused the compressor in the old unit to fail. Both AC unit and evaporator coil replacement were quoted competitively. Arthur the service technician was both friendly and knowledgeable. He did an extraordinary job under terrible conditions 90 degrees + high humidity outside and 100 degree temperatures in the attic. As a Maintenance Manager i have the utmost respect for hard work and great customer service. I highly recommend Rusher Air for both Commercial and residential work. Not sure about their HVAC service, but I know one of there service vans has no courtesy on the road. First of all I had the right of way but their employee on the passenger side didn’t think so and decides to show an offensive hand gesture , and proceed to taunt me. I would not want to deal with anyone that shows no respect to other drivers, especially with toddlers in the car. Totally uncalled for.

Outstanding, personal service. Rusher Heating and Air Conditioning treated me like a family friend. They fit me in a busy schedule and went the extra mile to make sure that I had heat. I very strongly recommend them for all heating and air conditioning services!
I am most appreciative of our excellent service with Rusher especially since we had such a bad experience with an unnamed AC guy in the past. Our tech was not only early, he was prepared with everything he would need to finish the job in one visit. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgable . This is a very professional company and I will use them again in the future.
