Extremely pleased with the service and communication with this company. The employee, Christopher, was a delightful young man who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for a future installation of a mini-split unit.
Dr.Ductless did a fine and thorough job in the installation of our ductless split unit. Their crew even managed the difficult feat of removing the original below floor furnace, even though the company wouldn't promise that they could do it. They have, so far, been responsive and helpful with any concerns we may have had. A special shout-out to Ravit, who smoothed out the permit and inspection process, taking all the worry out of it. Thank you!

I really appreciate doing business with Matt. Took his time to explain everything I need to know and offered me Mitsubishi FS series on a very good price. During install guys did a fantastic job, very professional and they worked as a team like clockwork, most important is, they’re very nice people..hats off to Matt and the crew. Dr. Ductless is the best ductless AC/heat vendor. I’ve had to deal with a few different AC companies due to my work but none of them compare to Dr. Ductless.The work was done just as planned and the installers didn’t leave a spec of dust or debris in and around my house. All the guys were very respectful, great workers, and all wore masks. The system they installed works amazingly and the guys were very helpful and showed us how to use the system. Dr. Ductless has the best prices and have a quick turn around time. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends. Thank you Dr.Ductless, you guys are the best!!!
We needed a ductless system installed in our guest house to upgrade the old wall unit. Matt from Dr. Ductless came out to provide a quote, and was very professional. The pricing seemed in line with what I'd researched. A week later we had the work done, and we are very pleased with the results. I would recommend Dr. Ductless.

Dr. Ductless and his crew were very professionally and quick. They came into a nightmare situation (our 120 year old house) and knocked it out of the park. As well as replacing all the old crumbling duct work, they ripped out the old beast of a heater and installed a new heater and AC unit which we love. Angel, one of the leads was attentive and professional, and knew what he was doing. We had a little bit of a communication bump along they way, and Matt was quick to come back around and get us back up to speed. Highly recommend.

Update to my estimate review with Laura & Joe. Yesterday 5/24/2021 the installers/electricians from Dr. Ductless installed my three mini split units. They were on time, courteous, and professional. The install was flawless. My mini splits look good, the outside of my home looks good (the covered the wiring). They provided a really clean and neat finish. Two thumbs up to all the guys that got the job done. It only took them from about 9:30 to 4:30 to knock the install out and that is including lunch, they cleaned up everything after they finished, my flooring they vacuumed, and even took all boxes and trash with them. They did amazing. I purchased my mini splits from Daikin. Yesterday was 90 degrees in Alhambra, CA, the perfect reminder of why I was having these installed. One large one in my living room, one in my 4 year old daughter’s room, and one in my room. My house was built in 1920- my family has owed this home since 1950.. summers are awful! When I tired out my splits and had them all running for about an hour at the moderate level.... my living room was COLD my daughters room was freezing lol and my room OMG was COLD. These things do the job! I ran the one in my room all night at the second lowest speed and it kept us (hubby, daughter, son in my belly, and myself in same bed) all snuggled under the covers getting the best sleep. These mini splits are a life saver! So happy I used dr. Ductless, I’m sure my mom and dad in Long Beach will be requesting them shortly for their homes. I’m really pleased with the entire process, it was was easy and came with such a huge reward!
We were thrilled to have our old heater replaced and with the addition of a Lennox AC Unit The amazing thermostats ( one upstairs one downstairs) are so intuitive even I with 2 college degrees could figure them out The crew worked wonderfully together and everything came together with full cleanup. I had Dr. Ductless install a Mitsubishi mini split multi-zone system in my 100-year old Spanish colonial, and I couldn’t be happier. The crew was courteous and professional—and fast. They completed the entire job in one day! Great guys. Great work. I recommend them to anyone.
Very recently AC heating & cooling unit was install in my house. The salesman who was responsible for my AC installation was Matthew Alba. Matt came to my house for estimate , inspected my house and recommend two options. My wife and I decided to go downstairs with duct installations and 2 upstairs rooms ductless / cassette installation. Since we did not AC before the duct work needed and did real good job on duct work. The price for this project was reasonable compare to 3 estimates we had with other companies. The work started following week and lasted for 4 days. The workers / crew did great job and were friendly plus left the area clean each time. We are satisfied with their workmanship and AC system. Like to recommend Dr Ductless Heating and Cooling for your AC needs. Thank you Matt for taking care of my AC installation.
Needed maintenance in my ductless mini splits. Pedro got here early and did a great job cleaning and checking my units. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and was happy to answer my questions. Will definitely use them again. Thanks Pedro!!
Five stars on all fronts: availability, communication, promptness, professionalism, thoroughness, proficiency and expertise. I just had a maintenance service and was happy there weren’t any surprise repairs or costs.
I was so pleased with the service I received. They were responsive and had an appointment set up quickly. Matt thank you for sending Michael he was a knowledgeable technician who gave me expert advise. Michael and Matt were both professional, great price and excellent service. I would definitely recommend to my neighbors....and I never write a review. Beyond my expectations and now considering installing an AC unit.
