My AC unit that came with my house when I bought it worked poorly and couldn’t cool my house down until night time. It would nearly run 24/7. I called this company and they came out to take a look at my Ac the same day. . They said my unit I had was way under sized and needed to be replaced due to age and corrosion and was going to completely fail any day. It was 19 years old. They gave me a price for a brand new one and recommended to get a 4 ton. They installed it in 1 day and was great. Very perfectionism. They kept me updated along the way and answered all of my 100 questions just as a company should do.
My father needed to get his heater fixed. It's cold right now and so he called Titan at 9:55 am. They showed by 10:50 am. Fixed my dads problem within a fee minutes. My dad was blown away with the service. If my parents are happy, I'm happy. Now my parents can sleep in a warm home instead of the crazy cold weather right now. Look no further! 5 stars all the way!
