Just called and spoke with Jeff at Evolution on Monday and he had started the install with my HVAC system on Wednesday. My wife really like the crew and felt comfortable with them, she never made a single complaint about anyone. Pricing was good, and comes with a great warranty.
We previously had a good experience with them installing a split system so I contacted them to move an existing old one. Even though it was a small project on a system they didn't install they took on the project. Upon reinstall they discovered there was a blown fuse, they ordered the part and got it fixed in a timely manner with no further issues.
Great experience great company. So glad we chose them over the other bids.
I worked with Evolution in April 2023. The first thing I loved in this company is that their representative (Brian) could come out the same day. Prompt, scheduled for 6pm, he was at 6pm. Brian looked very knowledgeable, which is not always the case with AC guys reps. Everything we agreed on was done. In general, I was very happy. There was nothing what we agreed and was not done. The only recommendation I would give to Evolution is to inform the installers better about what they have to do at the particular object. We had some agreements with Brian, which were not passed to the installers and I had to explain again about some specific requests.
Great family owned company. Rose was very friendly and nice. They installed the hvac and vents for 2 days only. They dis a very good job. The guys are so nice, very professional and they cleaned every after they work inside the house. Im a happy customer!

We love Evolution! Rose and Diego and their whole team is fantastic. Our whole HVAC system needed to be replaced last year and they did the entire project in one day. They coordinated our asbestos removal as well and were just so helpful. When it came time to have my baby, sweet Rose in the office was so kind and remembered our due date! Fast forward 9 months, and we had a weird noise happening with our heater. I emailed Rose and within 2 days Eddie came out and fixed it no problem! Evolution is the whole package- helpful, prompt, priced well, and just all around good people. I wish I could recommend them more!

Our 1987 heater finally gave up and our 1995 A/C unit was killing us on our summer electrical bill. Brian from Evolution, came out on a Tuesday night, was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. His proposal/estimate was the best and Evolution was able to start and complete the project in a 24 hour time frame. The install looks great, and other then the new equipment, you would have never known they had just completed the project. My family is very satisfied with the entire experience.
These days it's hard to find a good contractor, but I was lucky to find Evolution. I got several quotes, did my research, and I had all manner of shady people come to my house. Evolution gave me a professional quote with a detailed scope of work (some contractors gave me ridiculously unprofessional quotes, one didn't even come to my house to give me a quote), and my new HVAC system (heating and air) was replaced before the summer heat wave. I got all the rebates promised and am so thankful to Evolution. They did a great job recommending all the right stuff and steering me away from needless stuff. The ductwork was professional and done correctly, and my attic looks great. I've done a lot of work on my house in the past 12 months and this is by far one of the best projects that was done. So happy with my system. It's so efficient. Thank you. Contractors can really do a number to your wallet and stress, but Evolution really helped me big time. Thanks Brian and Rose!!
Every person I dealt with in the process of replacing our heat and air was professional and knowledgeable. The salesman gave me a ton of information and encouraged me to shop the proposal and gave me his best offer out of the gate unlike many who gave me high quotes and then wanted an opportunity to match Evolutions later. Rose helped me with scheduling, payment and follow up and is very responsive and knowledgeable. She also helped me file for rebates with the utility company. The guys who installed the unit were also very professional. I highly recommend this company.
I contacted Rose through their contact info listed for an estimate of replacing my AC system. She's a great person to work with, responsive, courteous, and professional. It was easy to schedule a time to have someone come out, look at my system, give me their opinion on what would be best for my home, and get a quote. After the quick inspection, we sat down at my kitchen table and their tech was more than happy to answer all my novice questions and didn't try to upsell or pressure me on anything. I was open with him about having a couple other companies to come out and give me their opinion as well, and he had no problem giving me time to go over what they tell me and make a decision. After a few other HVAC companies came out, they all matched on what work they suggested would be done, but Evolution was prompt with their estimates (some didn't even bother to send me a quote) and they had a more than reasonable price. Scheduling the appointment to have the AC system replaced was easy as well. The installers showed up on time and laid down plenty of drop cloth and plastic sheeting to minimize any mess and got to work. It was a long day for them, but the install was completed with no hiccups. I've been testing the new system plenty with these recent heat waves, and so far everything has been operating flawlessly. It's the little things that set apart a good company from a great company. Evolution does the little things. A bulb was out in my attic, which they replaced without mentioning. During the install, they had to cut part of my attic access hatch to fit the new furnace. They installed a new access hatch at no cost to me. I'm a very happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their HVAC needs.
These guys were great. Everyone, from Jeff who knew exactly what need to be done, made suggestions and spelled everything out for us, to Tony and Eric, who installed our new system, were totally professional. They arrived on time, were friendly, efficient, did everything they said they would do, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. And our new heat pump is operating flawlessly. Not much more to say, except I highly recommend these guys!
Evolution was great! They had a tech out to diagnose my problem same day. Evolution Heating & Air offered very competitive pricing, and quick turnaround time. They installed my unit without delay. Rose in customer service was great. She helped walk me through all the available financing options. It was a great experience. I will definitely use them for any HVAC needs that come up.
They were super responsive and very helpful at answering all my questions. They provided a competetive bid for a full system replacement. It was a stressful situation and they made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The installation team was fantastic! Definitely recommend.
These guys are truly five star! Before finding Evolution, I had another company come out to diagnose my system as it wasn't cooling. This other company hung their gauges and confirmed it was low on refrigerant and at that point proceeded to tell me I needed a whole new unit without any further diagnostics. I found and called Evolution and they did find that I had a leak in my coil. Brian from Evolution gave me my options of replace the coil or replace the coil and condenser system. He gave me quotes for both and let me make the decision which way to go, he did not try to push one way or the other. I did end up buying a new system from Evolution which got installed this last Friday. I had done by due diligence and got quotes from other companies and Evolution was far the best price for a good, name brand unit. Everybody from Evolution is very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. I am very happy with Evolution.
