I highly recommend Advanced Climate Technologies. Johnathan was attentive to our needs and was very insightful with explaining what our problem was and took the time to explain what our options were. Only rating 5 stars because there aren’t more to give. We could not be happier with the service we received from ACT. We called Jonathan because our old AC Unit wasn’t blowing cold, and was definitely passed it’s prime. He was able to make it blow cold for the first time in years and was honest with us and presented us with the pros and cons between constant maintenance or purchasing a new unit. We were presented with a proposal with absolutely no pressure. Ultimately, we ended up going with a new AC Unit and from the initial visit through completion, Jonathan and his team were punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. They made sure to haul away all of the trash (instead of filling up my bins) and left my driveway and yard way they found it. No random screws, etc. It is the little things that matter. Purchasing a new AC Unit is not a cheap endeavor but ACT made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks guys!
These guys are great....after calling around to a few other places and getting left on hold etc... Jonathan at Advanced actually took the time to listen to my problem and offer several solutions that fit within my budget, couldn't recommend them more. Very respectful of my property as well....Thank you Advanced Climate Technologies!!
