Great crew!!
Wow...this entire team in Amazing!! I called on a Sunday and they were at my house on Tuesday. What I thought was going to be thousands of dollars was only hundreds. I trust this team.
I love the service that I received from RPM! I had a very dirty filter which was preventing my heater from working properly. Nathan, my service technician, was professional, quick, and friendly. He took care of the problem right away. I am no longer freezing. Thank you, RPM
20+ year old blower finally failed and seized up in our home HVAC during a winter storm! RPM Heating and Air was recommended by a friend of mine who is a construction contractor. I called them and they had a tech out same day. They had the blower replaced within 4 hours and at a good price. HVAC system now blows air better than we have ever experienced in this house! Very satisfied. Highly recommend!
I am very impressed with this company. They converted my HVAC from a now defunct SmartVent/NightBreeze proprietary system to an industry standard system with a new zone control board and smart Ecobee thermostats. They were also able to maintain my SmartVent function using the original proprietary zone board and thermostat. Most people have been abandoning their SmartVent/Nightbreeze systems in favor of installing Smart thermostats. RPM upgraded my system to smart thermostats AND kept my SmartVent operational. They complete these tasks within the original estimate even thought additional hours were needed. RPM performed this project for a cost significantly lower than provided by one of the big name HVAC companies. RPM employees were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I do not normally provide reviews and was not compensated for this review. I strongly recommend RPM Electrical for HVAC projects.
We had been looking to have all of our 40 year old duct work replaced. It was under our home and a tight squeeze. I contacted three companies. I decided to use RPM Heating & Air . I contacted them and within 24 hours we had a date for an estimate. We received the estimate the following day and scheduled the work to be done the followng week. We were told it would take 2 daysand it did. Very happy with how clean & organized they were. They placed drop clothes where needed and cleaned up behind themselves each day. Nick & the entire crew were very professional. I will highly recommend RPM Heating & Air to all of my friends & family.
So impressed with RPM!!! They were responsive, communicative, and available in a somewhat short notice for a whole house duct replacement. Their crew was professional and “stealth-like” - we never knew there were five or six people working under our home. The on-site contact was courteous and knowledgeable. I will be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Rpm I would recommend to anyone. They have great customer service and techs. They got me on the schedule next day. The technician explained everything in great details. They also repaired my sons ac unit. If you are looking for a good place to use, use RPM.
Amazing people and amazing work!! A scammer had tried to use this company’s name to rope me in and after finding out he didn’t actually work there, RPM got a new customer out of me! I am incredibly happy with their communication, the follow through and service. They were easy to schedule with, and the technicians were very nice and helpful, also on time and clean! I am so grateful I found this place, in a roundabout way, I 1000% recommend if you need duct cleaning! Thank you so much Christina, Bob and Nathan!
Nick was incredibly responsive during the days of extreme heat when he was really busy. He was honest and said it would be a simple repair when we asked whether we needed to replace our unit. He had to make a return visit, which he did so promptly. Besides all that they were reasonably . I would highly recommend RPM.
Great service and great price. RPM had the most detailed estimate and included things like pressure testying ducts, a wifi thermostat, all permits included, and even included replacing the treated wood that the unit sits on. In additon they provided choices for the brand of the unit, and brought over temporary s[ace coolers to help us live through the experience. (Our HVAC went out on the hottest day in Sacramento history). They were also very neat and cleaned up everything to better than when they arrived. I would not use any other company if I need A/C or heating fixed again.

I've used this company 3 times. They are very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. What I like most about them is they don't oversell, or tell me to buy a whole new system. Their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again
Well our AC went out last week in the middle of our heat wave. Horrible and I had to stay at a hotel to beat the heat. I had already been getting quotes to get a new system. The house is old and most companies wouldn't just fix the AC alone. RPM was no exception. I knew my system was going to die soon since the freon leaked out a month ago and the guy couldn't find the leak. The old gas is hella expensive and the system is old and has to be updated. With the pandemic and other supply problems prices went up by 30%. To replace the HVAC was going to be a lot of money. RPM was able to give me a price that I could live with. It was much lower than the competitors and I was so happy they could fit me in. I was scheduled a few days after the quote. Their installers were so professional. They put down plastic and drop clothes in they area they were walking on. Cleaned up all their mess and vacuumed. It only took them 7 hours to completely gut my old system and put in a new one. It is networkable to. Plus I upgraded to a 4.0 from a 3.5. I expect to use less energy and plus the thing should be stronger. I noticed right away it was quieter. I thought the bigger unit would blow out air faster but because of energy efficient it doesn't. It was 77 upstairs and I turned just the upstairs on and within 10 minutes it was 71 pretty fast. They did a great job. Thanks
If I could I would rate these guys 10 stars. Our A/C broke and we called and they came out the next day. We had to get a pricy part replaced and the owner called and said he would look in the shop for a used part to save us a little money. They didn't have one but they worked with us so we wouldn't be without AC during 110 degree days upcoming. I already told my friends if they ever need to do any maintenance on the AC to use RPM...
The response from RPM was so fast. I contacted them on Friday and they were here on the Tuesday after the 4th of July. I have anxiety issues with dealing with service and repair situations but they were prompt, did exactly what they said they would. No upwelling or gloom and doom stuff. Billing was super efficient. Will definitely be my go to from now on. Thanks guys!
