I have used the company several times and have nothing but great things to say! John does a great job and always responds promptly. He has always tried to find the best and least expensive solution to any problem I have had. Would recommend to anyone in the area to use this company!
Outstanding service quick to respond in the middle of a heatwave. All others were unavailable for another week. The price of repair and replacement of parts were far below I had expected to be paying. My family owned and operated Electric Air Condition and Heating companies for over 45 yrs. In Southern California. So I know and truly appreciate the honesty and value John provided. After having dealt multiple companies trying to find one that ran an honest company with integrity. I am thrilled to leave a 5 star rating and if I could I’d leave a 10+ star rating. So refreshing to find a company that takes care of their customers. John went far beyond with his efforts with making sure that he stayed in contact in order to meet my emergency need. Forever grateful to John and his repair team.

John is hand down the best in the business! He is very professional and knows exactly what he is doing! He has fair pricing and truly cares about your families situation. We have a newborn baby and our heat went out on 2 separate occasions and they were both on Saturdays nights . John came on Sunday both times on his only day off to come help my family. We truly appreciate everything he has done for us. John will always do his best fixing what he can without costing so much money but will give you a price for replacement The first time the heat went out the old valve was stuck in off position and John was able to get it unstuck and it only cost me 100 dollars for the visit and work He told me it would hold up for a while but will need to replace soon and he gave me the price . Well I saved up 400 bucks, 200 and 200 from each of my paychecks for the month and put it aside. Sure enough last night in the middle of the night the heat stopped working and I sent him a message late in the day and he messaged me Sunday morning and said it was his day off but he would come take care of it because the baby was there. The house was as 62 degrees. He fixed the problem in a little less than an hour and everything works great again! Thank you John!!! Don't second guess yourself this guy is really amazing, also gives 1yr warranty on Parts and Labor . You can't beat it John will always be our guy for the whole family now, for all of our homes.
The capacitor blew on our AC unit. These guys came out on an emergency call and got it done! You guys rock! Thank you!!
First bad heat wave of the year and our AC went out on a 108° day. After 24 sweltering hours with no response from the people who installed it (it should have been under warranty, only 2 years old), I started reaching out to other HVAC servicers in my area. Several of the big companies either didn't answer or told me it would be two weeks before they could send someone out. We were DYING in the heat! I finally got through to someone, and that was John from Bryant. We were very fortunate that he was just down the street from us, and he showed up in a matter of minutes from my call. He went straight to work and found and repaired our issue in about half an hour, all the while explaining to me exactly what he was doing and why. He ended up taking coolant out of our system as the company who had installed it had added too much and it was causing our system to shut off. It's been a few days now and our house is plenty cool in this heat wave we're still having! Many thanks to John, you really saved us!

John Bryant Heating and Air came out, after giving them a call after a holiday weekend, very promptly to diagnose our heat pump issue. They needed to order a part and a few days later came and did the repair. We are very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and price.
After paying for Clarke and Rushe to come out and tell me just to get started on my unit would cost $750 to simply run the dye through it to see where it is leaking then after that $2500 to $3000 to start trying to repair it with no guarantee..We called John Bryant who was out the next day right on time and really was concerned about analyzing it correctly. He is very knowledgeable, likeable and reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend calling him first. He is the best and we will tell everyone.

Mr. Bryant and his colleague Brandon came out to service my air conditioner and they were very professional and fast. They located the issue and had us in the cold air in less then 15 minutes! 😊
