I needed my whole hvac system replaced after it all completely failed. Andriy was very responsive and was able to have the entire system replaced in less than a week from me receiving the estimate. He also offered to bring a portable AC for me to survive the heat wave we experienced until he could replace the entire HVAC system. Overall, very communicative, knowledgeable, and professional.
My AC unit outside was making strange noises and the cold air was not blowing. I gave Local Heating and Air a call and they were able to fix the problem and for a good price! The team was very professional and I recommend them to anyone in the Sacramento area. I will be a repeat customer.

Best service in town! AC broke down at 100 degree weather, they came out the next morning at 6am to fix it. Got heater also dialed in, after initially not working, then leaking. Now works like a charm. Highly recommend to all my friends and family! Thank you!!!
