Buckley installed the HVAC and heating system in my home. They have serviced it and have taken very good care of me. Their personnel are friendly and always on time and responsive. Bill always takes the time to say hi to my pets and foster kittens

Great family run business! We have used Buckleys for installs, repairs and maintenance. They are always on time, personable and provide excellent customer service!! We would not use anyone else!
Our house never had central air conditioning or heating. Buckley staff installed duct work throughout the whole house with vents into all the rooms and installed a TRANE heat pump on our roof. They had an electrician put in a new electric panel with greater electrical capacity, upgrading our whole electrical system. The warranties are excellent. The service they provided was of the highest quality. Their work was quick, professional and caring. They did constant clean up and really cared about giving great service. The heating we now have in the middle of winter is lovely. All members of the staff were prompt, caring and efficient. I highly recommend them and will be using their services again to install solar in the future. They were a good economical choice, provided excellent value, and were truly outstanding. As a long-time family business, they are a great choice for all heating and air conditioning needs.
I called them this morning as my heater was not working. A very nice man named Ben came out to my house today about 1:45 and checked out everything. It turned out to be my thermostat . And I need a new filter. I am very pleased with them! I would defiantly recommend them!
we've used buckley for decades. new everything at different times and all went great and fast work. we get a checkup every 6 months. very satisfied.
We were able to get an appointment within a reasonable time; service person Benjamin was prompt and very knowledgeable.
Our Tech Bill is very professional and well informed and was able to help me with any questions I had! He goes above and beyond his duties to be helpful! We have been with Buckley for over 20yrs, and have had excellent service with no complaints!
I cannot recommend Buckley Heat Air Solar enough! The coordinator (Lori) was kind and gave me multiple status updates. The technician (Bill) came on time and was courteous – he covered his shoes and vacuumed up all debris. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was mindful to not let my cat out and even spent time petting her. Best of all, my heating issue was resolved at a reasonable cost.
Over the last few years, We have used Buckley Heat Air Solar on many different projects. Buckley has always performed at the highest level while offering value conscious solutions for our clients. I highly recommend Jake and his team.

Always enjoy working with your company. Your maintenance servicemen are always on time and most efficient. I usually have Johnny come to my home and he is most friendly and helpful.
Our furnace stopped working and Jake Buckley came out immediately to look at it. He and a roofer of our choice coordinated work to cut out a 4” flashing in the roof in order to install a furnace flu pipe and get our house heated prior to elderly relatives arriving for Thanksgiving. Temp inside our house prior to repair was 51 - brrrrr. Thank you Jake for rushing to help us!
Ben gave me a call about 20 minutes prior to arriving. Ben showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. I gave instruction where the access was to the attic and he was off focused on his mission. Ben went outside, grabbed his ladder and placed shoe coverings on and he jumped up into the attic. He preformed the maintenance, advised of an issue I may have in the future and shared "he thought the repair could wait", changed my filter and was off to help Buckley's next customer. I FULLY TRUST BUCKLEY HEAT AIR SOLAR. THANK YOU for keeping my equipment in great working order and MY FAMILY SAFE !
Nov. 4, 2022: The owner Jake (Jacob) replaced the inducer motor and proving switch today. I woke up at 1:30 a.m. with my entire house filled with an exhaust or burnt smell; I had to call the fire dept and get a report. I'm on oxygen and this smell is harmful to me.I had to open all windows and run fans to clear out my house for hours, HOURS! I can't be in my own home right now the smell is so bad; the Fire Dept is making a report on it. What kind of certified HVAc person makes this bad of a mistake?
Ben is very professional and so thorough! He explains it all and is such a nice man! We trust Buckley implicitly! We know we have nothing to worry about now we got the maintenance plan!
On the hottest day of the year, my AC blew a circuit breaker. I called Buckley Heating and air.They Sent a tech out on the same day I called, and he had the exact circuit breaker I needed on his truck. He fixed the problem in record time. Gerald Wilcox
I've used Buckley for repairs and installation. They helped me to limp an old system along until they could get an install team out to replace it with a new unit. All their work is very clean and they provided me extensive paperwork and information during the quoting and installation process. I regularly recommend them to friends and family.
Incredible job. Replaced H/Vac system in my home. They were impressive. I’ve done this several times in my 60 years (home and professionally) and this was far above the best of the best. Clean, professional, super organized, can’t even tell they were here except my new system is operating flawlessly. Not enough space to say how happy I am. Hire this company.
Buckley Heat and Air is a great company. They are friendly, affordable, and they get the job done. Our air went out last night and they were able to book an appointment the very next morning. They showed up right on time and had the part right on the truck. A great experience. I would definitely call them again. P.S. It turned out our init was just to d (1973)
