I have been using A&M as my HVAC system maintenance since 2021. Great service, very professional technicians and never try to sell you something you dont need. Looking to purchase a new AC unit and hoping they are the company we choose. Keep up the great work .
Went the weekend without AC with a 4 month old baby. They came out the day we called and had our whole unit replaced the next day! Very good work crew they did a amazing job!
Our System had an intermitant problem that would leave the fan motor blowing after heating and sometimes the fan motor would turn on mysteriously by itself.. A&M diagnosed the circut board as a the problem and we paid several hundred dollars for them to replace it. Spring and Summer came and went and several months later the tenants reported more mysterious fan blowing when the system was off. I called a second company who diagnosed the problem as the circut board "and" blower motor the same (and more) as A&M's previous diagnosis. Instead of paying them thousands to throw more parts at the problem, I called A&M back out there. They showed up in less than 2 hours, studied the problem and the symptoms. They found a faulty safety switch that is designed to turn off the burners and turn on the fan if it sensed the unit getting too hot.... Long story short, they replaced the safety switch part and didn't charge any more for the service. It's possible that the original board replacement was not neccessary, but I don't blame them as a second company came up with the same diagnosis and even wanted to replace the fan motor as well. I'd hire them again.
Am glad to give a full-hearted five star rating for this smaller, family-owned A & M business. Needed to replace an outdated and non-functioning residential furnace and air conditioning system. Obtained five bids. Avoided the local “big guys” (who do all the TV advertising) and focused on smaller local contractors with good customer reviews. Lower cost bids offered what I researched to be low quality equipment. A & M’s bid was at mid-level, but included upgraded BTU sizing, and higher quality Rheem equipment. Had unfortunate delay of several months in committing to the A& M contract due to my major surgery, but A & M still honored original bid. Installation was on time, with professional care/abilities, and consistent with original bid price. No surprises. All necessary upgrades for electrical connections, venting, and gas piping were addressed. Ducting was inspected and passed review. Special taping of ceiling air vents was included. New thermostat installed. Installation was seamless, and completed in 5+ hours. If you want a personalized bid, high quality equipment, timeliness, a qualified work crew, and an overall professional job (from start to finish) go with A & M Heating and Air Conditioning. You won’t regret it.
It was almost 100 degrees late yesterday when our AC stopped pushing out cold air. I called A&M and they were at my house by 10:30 am this morning. The service guy Matt was very friendly and kind. He fixed the issue in about 5 minutes....AWESOME!!!! I love these guys!
Fair price. Honest and knowledgable. I asked for the HVAC changeout to happen in 4 weeks from now to meet my schedule. They may have been able to do it sooner. I have also used them on cooling repairs to other properties. Roger
Great place all the way around! Helped me when my heating went out my fan was stuck on blowing cold air during a very cold few days and nights! They came out right away quick reasonable price i talked with Traci explained I had dogs and my worries she helped calm me and I will be using this company from now on! Thank You
I can't say enough about A&M, from our first meeting with Matt through the installation they were complete professionals. We had are entire system replaced, the work is top quality, the crew always very respectful. Everything was cleaned up and tested before they left, pictures of the system up in the attic before and after were provided. Matt and I had sat down and discussed what was going on with the original system, and what they would supply and change for a very reasonable price. They use quality equipment and the work was exactly what was discussed. You can't go wrong with this company.
This crew was kind, ethical, and they knew what they were doing. They completely replaced our entire system and we are totally satisfied. I recommend them to anyone.
