Darren and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof and painting our home. They did our AC and insulation a few years ago as well. Very happy with the quality of their work
Cold calls and they hung up on me when talking with them. They stated they talked with me last year when they didn't. Very deceptive practice to get their foot in the door. Would not ever use them to do anything on my house. Confirmed with the person over the phone multiple times it was this company before they hung up on me.
Such professionalism these contractors had. I couldn’t be more pleased with the new windows and the expedience and cleanliness performed by these men. I highly recommend So Cal Remodeling

So Cal Remodeling was very professional, Darren and Valerie were great to work with. We had windows replaced and couple taken out to increase wall space. Darren and his crew did a great job with the windows, drywall and stucco it all turned out just as imagined for the design. Definitely recommend!
Hired these guys to insulate my exterior walls and attic. They were quick and very professional. From cleaning up after themselves to protecting interior corners from rubbing against equipment, they treated my home with the utmost respect. Even though the rain caused us to reschedule a couple of times they were very responsive and quick to work out the schedule. Price wise they were fair compared to other quotes received. Even better was that they didn't require a deposit up front and only asked for payment once the job was done. Insulation wise after the first night we already felt the difference in temperature and even less noise from outside. We definitely are happy with the insulation job. Plus they patched up the walls very well.

I have used So Cal Remodeling to help me with a number of insulation projects. The company was great throughout the entire process - very communicative, professional, friendly and hardworking. I was also very impressed with how well they blended in the wall patches for my wall insulaiton. I also like the fact that they do the work themselves are not subcontracting it out to another company. It was great to have the owner Darren checking in on the project to make sure that everything was being done correctly.
Darren was very pleasant to deal with from the start. He is very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. His crew were no different. I couldn't have been more pleased with the insulation work they did on my house. Even with the messy nature of insulation work, Darren and his crew did an excellent job of mitigating the mess and promptly cleaned any that was made. The duct work they performed also made a huge difference in how my house cools. Each room cools evenly and remains comfortable. I have, and will continue to recommend So Cal Remodeling.
Darren has now come out on two occasions to my property. Once back in March to do our ductwork and today for our AC. Both times he was very detail oriented and explained everything. He was prompt in responding to our request to come out (same day) and he has very reasonable pricing. I will continue to call Darren with So Cal Remodeling for any HVAC issues and I highly recommend him! Thank you Darren!
So Cal Remodeling replaced our AC unit a couple of weeks ago and did a great job! I didn't realize that our air probably hasn't been working right for awhile because now it's actually freezing in my house! They were courteous, professional, and clean. I would recommend them to anyone.
The best quality work they do and really honest people
Darren and his team did an amazing job installing my air conditioning system. I couldn't be any happier with their service. When Darren came out to give me a quote, he was very clear in explaining what he thought was the best solution in replacing my old air conditioning system and laid out a few alternatives. Other companies had come out to provide quotes but felt like the cheaper ones weren't reliable because they were not forthcoming with information and unwilling to pull a permit. Another company was way over priced and tried to oversell me trying to throw in technical terms "that I may not understand.". Again, Darren was very clear with his quote and laying out the best solution. He wasn't the cheapest but definitely sounded the most reliable. When his team came out to replace the air condition in system, they were polite, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed in the time agreed upon. They had moved the central unit to the attic and I thought it was a very nice touch that they also installed a light and switch which I hadn't asked for. Definitely give them an opportunity to provide you with a quote for their services.
I contacted these folks a couple of years ago about a remodel at my house. The person who showed up was horrible; talked down to me, suggested he should be talking to my husband instead of me, told me I didn't need to ask any questions or look at their licensing and insurance info. Obviously I did not choose them. But they keep hounding me. I am on the no call list and I have told them many times to stop calling, but they just keep calling. And they change the phone numbers from which they call, so blocking the number doesn't work. I have complained to the Feds about them and the BBB. Nothing affects these people though. They just want more money. Be careful.
