I called WEDO at 7:45 am about my A/C not working and they were at my house at 9:00 am. Mike was thorough, able to figure out the problem quickly and fixed it. He wants us to wait a couple of days and make sure that what was done is in fact the issue. I cannot stress enough how honest? Professional and reasonable this company is. We will never use another A/C company! 5 star in every area of this company
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Forrest was our Technician and he was amazing! He has super friendly service and is very knowledgeable in his craft. He explained how everything worked as he inspected the whole system for us. I'm already referring this company to my friends and family.

I found this AC Contractor close to the neighborhood and requested a quote. The owner came by immediately and gave us a very reasonable deal. The new system was installed in 2 days. Subsequently we had couple minor glitches and services were called and responded immediately. Absolutely happy with the services and product we received. This company has my highest recommendation.
Fast and great professional service. No b.s. and trust worthy. What a company should be. Dan the owner came same day..worked an hour or so.. and had our ac repaired and working. Saved us from the heat.
Our AC unit was making a weird buzzing noise & a strange smell, so we shut it off. Next morning, called this business. Got Dan. He showed up same day and fixed our AC unit in less than a half hour! Didn't try to scam us and I felt he was very honest and kind. I have a baby at home so I had so much anxiety about our broken AC and it possibly costing me an arm and a leg to get it fixed, but that wasn't the case. Dan feels like my hero today!

Had a wonderful experience with this company; Dan was extremely helpful and honest in helping us make the decisions we needed to regarding our new air unit. My husband was hospitalized during the time when we were trying to make decisions what to do and knowing that my current out of date air conditioner was having issues he sent someone over to unclog it for me as a courtesy; this was an unexpected kindness during a very stressful time - Would highly recommend using their services :)
Dan came out the same day as I called--a Saturday. He arrived before noon, diagnosed the problem within minutes--showed me how he knew what it was and fixed it within an hour. Because my AC is more than 20 years old he easily could have convinced me to buy a new one, however, he took care of me as though I were family. This has happened every time I've used W.E.D.O. His other technicians are equally honest, timely, and the last one who came gave me options when I had a thermostat replaced. I went with the least expensive and he affirmed my decision. I'm so grateful to know these guys have integrity and can't recommend them highly enough.

Very good service! Professional, friendly. They answered the phone and I had 2 technicians here within an hour. They kept me informed, diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly. I will definitely use them again when I need heating or AC service. Local company, they’ve been around almost 40 years.
Dan and his team were amazing to work with! Dan helped me understand what the issues with my old system were, was patient as I considered my options, and did an amazing job getting my new system in. His crew cleanly and efficiently installed the new system and we are enjoying it each day. I Highly recommend W.E.D.O. A/C and Heat.
Omg! I called this company for a quote which was free. Then after the quote the gentleman told me to do more research with other companies. "Don't just schedule with me, I want you to look around and get more quoted before deciding on one". Which is what I did. One particular company which I won't name names, feel like I was talking to a sales rep. He kept trying to get me to buy an electric heating system for $14,000! Cancelled that company fast! So I scheduled with W.E.D.O and and highly pleased! They arrived early and completed job in a timely manner. Very professional and explained how the new system worked. I will definitely recommend W.E.D.O.- Very reasonable!! Thanks guys!!!
Our regular AC guy was not available to help us out and he referred W.E.D.O. AC to us. Even on a hot day, they were able to come out on short notice and we were very pleased with the experience. They could have told us that there was something wrong with our condenser or something else that would have cost a lot of money but our problem ended up being a simple breaker that needed to be replaced. We appreciate the honesty and the good service. I programmed you guys into my phone for next time. Thank you so much!

Middle of summer and I had an issue with my A/C. I called WEDO and spoke with Dan. Dan responded within an hour and fixed the problem. Reliable, professional, and responsive.
Our air conditioner stopped working on 4th of July. I contacted W.E.D.O. I didn't expect a response due to the holiday, but within minutes Dan, the owner contacted me. He said he could be there within the hour. 20 minutes later he arrived. He was able to locate the problem, gave a fair price and had the air conditioner running in less then 30 minutes. Best part is the parts and labor is guaranteed for a year. I liked that he was straight to the point and didn't try to sell me anything. He just knew how to fix it and got it done. We know we have an old unit and Dan indicated that, but he knew he could fix the existing problem and focused on just that. With this type of service and given it was a holiday, when we decide to upgrade the current unit, he will be the first one we call. Thank you for your diligence and expertise.
