The company is transparent and very professional. They came out quickly, assessed my system in a timely manner, and showed me many options for a HVAC replacement. Jorge was the best!
Metz Air replaced the original HVAC system from the 70's on my home last June. Techs were prompt, professional, readily answered questions and cleaned up the work area. I recently had Tech Jay come out to do scheduled maintenance. He was very pleasant and exhibited the same professionalism that I expected from Metz Air. I also like that I received a text message introducing Jay with a photo, prior to his visit.
Danny Juarez did an excellent job, he is a professional on his job. Very informative of what he is going to do. Gave us advise on cleaning the system, the does and don’t in cleaning the air conditioner. Very friendly and answered are questions.
The service personnel are very nice and do a good job. I especially like that they use booties when entering your home. However, I do question that with every maintenance visit there is always something that needs to be repaired. Not knowing anything about HVAC units, I'm forced to agree to the repair.
Just had my A/C unit serviced by Danny Juarez...he was very informative and efficient.
We just had Jorge out to our home and let me tell you he is not only very experienced at AC systems he was also a genuinely nice and trustworthy person. He is very polite and kind and honest. He made me feel like he was a long time friend. I would differently recommend him and Metz Air to work on your AC system.
From getting a quote to the installation everything went very smooth. Eric was the sales rep, Hayden and Horacio installed the unit. They were all very professional and polite. I had several questions and they were very patient and explained everything to me. I definitely recommend them..
My boyfriend and I met Aaron at the Pamona fair and instantly felt comfortable and felt he was knowledgeable and his company may be a good fit to replace my boyfriends unit. I received a call with in a couple of days and set up an appointment for Saturday May 20th between 10 and 2. I was told that they would probably be there earlier. I received my confirmation by email and received a text telling me they would be there by 10 and a picture and name of the technician. So my parents I drove to my boyfriends house which is 45 min away and waited. Around 12 I called got an answer service. So I decided to text the number that texted me the name of the technician asked what time they would be there and nothing. So by 2 my parents I finally gave up waiting and wasting a whole day only to have drive home in over an hour of traffic . I never received a call saying no one was coming, no response at all. Emailed them yesterday and still no response. I am sad based on all the positive reviews it seems like it may be a good company. But if someone can't even show up for an initial consultation I wouldn't trust them to show up, be honest and do a good job.
I called Metz to fix a leak in my mini split system (installed by another company) Nate found the leak and helped me get the required parts from the manufacturer, that were missing from the original install. Nate and Jacob came out to fix the unit once the repair parts arrived. They were on time, and very respectful of my house and property. I’ve used Metz for 5 years now and always trust their work. Knowledgeable young fellow by the name of Nathan stopped by and provided some great recommendations. He put everything in priority order to help spread the cost of maintaining our A/C in order to keep it working throughout the hot summer months. Once he completed the service my home was freezing like a gigantic meat locker. I was shivering I was so cold. Nathan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy about the recommendations he made. I personally like the type of business that doesn't push their services on you. I'll be calling them back to get those other recommendations fixed once I get a few other things fixed around the house that have a higher priority. Thanks Nathan! Keep up the good work & most importantly, keep it cool! ;)

Awesome customer service , honest and knowledgeable service personnel,, I had my ac unit checked it had stopped working,the thermostat was replaced problem solved the cost of the new replacement part was reasonable 👍🏻highly recommend this company

I had a bad experience with Metz air control my AC unit just needed one small part replaced. But they wanted me to replace my entire unit for 15k, I called another local AC guy he charged me 100 dollars for the fix issue. Please Metz air work with the customers, it’s not all about full replacements all the time.
Metz installed an entire new HVAC system a year ago and followed up with a yearly system maintenance. The work was done in an expedient manner. I am so happy I chose Metz.
