Coastal was super responsive to our request and came out to work on our HVAC without delay. Coastal fixed our issue, explained the cause, and explained how to mitigate future problems. Coastal also inspected our system and gave insight to what we might expect in the future. Seth and crew are respectful, courteous, clean, prompt, and communicative. They will be our HVAC specialists.
My AC was not cooling the house quickly. I gave Coastal a call and they were very upfront with pricing and offered me a few solutions. Very pleased and the AC works well now.
I texted Coastal and within 15 minutes they called me. I relayed my problem to them and they had an opening that morning. They came and fixed the problem. Air conditioner works again. We will definitely use Coastal again

Replaced 5 ton A/C
Coastal Refrigeration installed an all-new HVAC system with new ductwork in our house about 7 years ago and did an outstanding job. So we've been using them for routine service and preventative maintenance since then. The owner, Seth Woolsen, recently completed a routine but comprehensive service on our system that was up to his usual thorough and quality standards, including performance testing and replacing the UV sanitizer bulb in the condenser section. Seth is very easy to work with and always listens to and answers my questions and concerns. This time I had a question about replacing the electronic filter with a different type so he took the time to research it and provided the information I needed. In the past I've recommended Coastal to two neighbors who both had new systems put in and were very pleased with the results. I would recommend Coastal again.
