Ahmad was amazing. He was on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed it on the spot. I had my HVAC worker on before and they did completely fix it. I am confident that my problem is now resolved after Ahmad’s visit. They team was clean, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend you give them a call.
Super responsive, really friendly. From scheduling a visit, to the actual work, everyone was really easy to work with. Our very old heater suddenly stopped working and we were nervous we'd have to replace the entire thing. Craig came out, fixed the broken part and cleaned up inside. Really took care to do a good job.

I used to be an HVAC Alliance Expert customer, but no more. They charged me for coming out for an additional inspection after failing to notice a failing air conditioning unit in my building during routine maintenance visits, failed to fix the problem outright, and then gave me a hefty quotation for a replacement unit. They are literally telling me they don't want to be my customer any longer because of the maintenance contract because they can't maintain someone else's equipment, which is BS because the original equipment that was there wasn't installed by them either. I found another company that I’ll be dealing with.
We have used this business at our commercial site for a long time. My mom's furnace stopped working last week, so we called the technician to see if he could assist her. He arrived within the allotted window of time on the same day. As it turned out, the furnace only required a single component and was quickly back in operation. Nowadays, it's difficult to locate a business you can rely on.

The technician promptly and politely responded to our home. The air conditioners were on, but for some reason we weren't getting any cool air. He instantly identified the issue. Due to the duct tape drying out over time, some of the ducts had torn away. Additionally, one of the air conditioners required new Freon. He swiftly fixed our system because he was aware of exactly what to do. A young man with excellent manners and training.
Due to their hectic schedule, they rescheduled my appointment with them from yesterday to today. As it turned out, the technician would have been working in the dark, so it was a good thing. The technician identified the issues with my air conditioner and thermostat this morning after arriving on schedule. He departed for a short while to buy the supplies he required, then came back to fix our A/C and install a new thermostat. We'll give them another call.

Had them come over to deep clean the AC unit, adjust the placement, and build a better filtration system. The AC functioned phenomenally better after the service, and they were also on time, incredibly kind and communicative, and reasonably priced. Finding trustworthy repair professionals in the city is becoming increasingly difficult, but this is one of them.
