Called them to repair 2 icemakers and 1 stovetop at my house. They fixed the stove but said they couldn’t fix either ice maker, but they still charged me 2 service call fees for the ice makers even though they hardly looked at either. Also, the tech failed to provide an invoice as promised. Pretty poor value.

They sent a tech to my home to fix my washers, the tech did not check the washer once finished and now my whole bottom of washer is leaking an extreme amount of water.

I suppose it depends on the technician they assign to you but mine mis-diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher as a problem with the control board. I had a competent technician come out a few weeks later and within 5 minutes found out it was a broken float switch assembly and even proved it.

Dryer had a loud rumble. Tech turned it on and off and that was extent of the service. Said it was fine and could last maybe 5 more years (but didn’t do any diagnostics). Service fee and the dryer broke in a week and had to be replaced.

Love Trinity Appliance Services! We had a refrigerator in one of our rentals that needed a tune-up in between tenants. Trinity came out within 2 days. They repaired and replaced the door hinges and balanced the refrigerator and it worked beautifully. Once the tenant moved in, and all the food put back in the refrigerator, we needed the door readjusted. Trinity came out very quickly, readjusted the door, checked that it all worked properly again and never charged me. I was very impressed since I have always been charged a service fee or something from other appliance repair companies. Love that they would come back out to readjust at no charge. Thank you Trinity Appliance.
