I had an 18-year-old GE water heater that was running great but feared every day that it was ready to go! I called a couple of Big Name Local Guys one whom I use for HVAC to come over for a tankless quote. They had to get an electrician to come inspect for running electric to the circuit box as the house is 70 years old and all cinderblock construction. I was referred to Coastal Climate Control from a buddy who used them last year so Don came over after the two other companies left. His quote came in under their for a new tank as I can’t afford the $15000 for the tankless and electrical upgrade. He got here within an hour of making my initial call to the main call center and he installed and removed the 18 year old GE for a new Bradford and White! Coastal Climate Control did a great job, clean, professional and polite. I am glad I chose Coastal Climate Control for this job. Thank you!
I could not be happier with the response, workmanship, and professionalism of this business. They were the only company I found that would respond on a Sunday. The fact that they came out on a Sunday evening, not just to give me an estimate, but actually replace the water heater, blew me away.
