Fitst time with this company and very pleased. Richard came out within a couple of hours of my calling that morning and was down to earth, figured out the problem and was finished with repair within an hour. Not one bit of upselling, just explained the problem and repaired. I will definitely work with this company again!

We thank you Quality Heat & AC Repair for your impeccable customer service with both James over the phone and Richard in person. We regard your customer service as: polite, prompt, professional. When here, Richard was informative, showed excellent trouble-shooting skills, brought the best equipment for job with proper pipe fittings (which is possibly beyond the scope for this job), took responsibility through the whole job, provided timely follow-up. One of our furnace condensate lines froze during the first day of the freeze.
Quality Heat & AC Repair are the best! They're a family run business that installed an AC in the summer and fixed our heater during this seasons chill. The heater wasn't cut and dry. The tech tried one thing and no luck. Came out again that week and tried something else, and that didn't work. He said I have one more idea and came out and it worked. Mind you he could have just replaced the costly motor and be done with it. They're prompt, do what they say at a reasonable cost. The tech has been with them since the beginning, I think he said 20 years. I highly recommend them, you wont be sorry
Great experience. Scheduled an appt on Sunday for the earliest available which was Monday afternoon. SW called first thing Monday and offered to come earlier, which worked for me. Shane showed up and I shared a few things I had already done to the furnace. He was able to quickly find the issue (something I would not have found on my own) and resolved it with a quick adjustment. Thank you Shane
My AC fan wasn't coming on. Didn't sleep a wink. Called this company and in a little over two hours, fixed. A polite, knowledgeable tech came out and I'm super pleased at the level of professionalism. And my house will be the 68 degrees that I love. I can't take my skin off! Call them
We wanted a dual fuel heat pump system installed and Quality Heat & AC Repair did what was needed to install a system that met our needs and qualified for City of Austin rebates and federal tax credits. They do a thorough test of the system to make sure everything works before they leave. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to install a heat pump
