Mario R. And Sergio came early got started right away. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done threw away all the trash. They showed me how to use thermostat. They didnt leave untill they made sure everything was working properly. They double checked all of the work. I really appreciate them coming out and working hard in the heat. I highly recommend this company and will always do business with them in the future.
They arrived on time without a long wait. Dustin got right down to biz and fixed my AC. He was super friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!!

The response from Avo is very quick. We got a quote with the detail breakdown. Before we made the purchase, we got a quote from Costco (AZ Air Conditioning). Tassio’s is actually lower. Beside, Tassio does offer several financing options. The installation went well. I would highly recommend it to my neighbors and friends.

We had a real head-scratcher of an issue with our HVAC system. Two technicians from two different companies could not figure it out. Enter Tassio Temperature Control and Alex Arzante. Everything about the experience was positive, from scheduling to resolution. Alex was great, very nice and considerate. He found the problem quickly and fixed it fast. Could not be happier, great work!

I bought a top of the line Lennox HVAC from Tassio, spent about $14,000. Overall it’s a good system but they mounted it too low. I needed a pry bar and rubber mallet every time to get the cover off to change the filter. They were going to fix it, never happened. I finally called recently and insisted it was repaired and also maintenance to be done, the coils need to be cleaned. It was scheduled for Jan 5 between 10AM and noon. They showed up at 7:30 AM. I wasn’t ready but accommodated. Two guys for an hour they raised the unit a half inch so I could change the filter without a hammer and pry bar. They were leaving and I asked what about the coils? They said oh it only a few years old they don’t need to be cleaned…. They didn’t even look inside or outside. Then they told me I could clean them myself, outside anyway. Then they left. This morning I got an invoice for $250, I called and asked for what? Oh for the warranty service I was told. No written quote before any work was done.I called explained they lady said we never said we were covering warranty. Tassio was sold to another company that quoted when I bought the system that had bait and switched on quotes. I responded I was quoted no charge for the warranty and $120 for maintenance. I told the lady that today. So she sends a revised invoice for $120 but the maintenance wasn’t done. I’m not paying nor would I ever use them again. There was supposed to be a free maintenance call included in my $14K purchase as well, that never happened. It illegal in California to bill without giving a written quote first. This isn’t the same company it once was.
Tassio was the first company we called, and they scheduled a visit for us. After meeting with Avo, we could not find a better deal and service from other companies. Avo provided different prices and options per our requests, and his consulting was clear enough for us to make a great choice. He helped us with pricing and gave us great value for a fantastic service. The workers who came to install the system were clean and covered all work areas. They were quick and flexible in scheduling the service too. We are very happy that we worked with Tassio, and I appreciate Avo’s consulting and all the work he provided to us. We have purchased a Lennox HVAC system from them, which is installed by professionals from Tassio. Thank you, Avo, for our great impression and your service.
I have had the worst experience with this company. I highly recommend NOT using this company, ever. I waited for three months before posting this review, giving them a chance to rectify as I truly hate writing bad reviews. But, it is clear now that they are truly an unprofessional and unreliable company. They had told me that a part was "ordered" for almost the last three months. Every time I called I was told they were waiting on the parts they had ordered, and twice I was actually told the part has been "shipped" so they should be receiving it any day. They were finally rescheduled to come back out this week, and the day of the work, they called me and told me they cannot do the job because its not in their scope. I was confused, and asked what they meant. They then told me they dont even know which parts to order. So, turns out I was so boldly lied to for months when I was told the parts were ordered. Now, I learn no parts were ordered and they don't even know what parts needed to be ordered. And of course they wait until the day I take off work for them to come to do the job to let me know that they are not in fact coming. Please spare yourself and DO NOT work with this unprofessional company
