I had a great experience with Jason, my sales rep. He was really informative, clear and understanding to my needs without trying to over sell me. Johnny, the lead installer was fantastic with explaining things when I had questions and communicated with me at every step of the way. I felt pretty lucky getting these guys to install my Bosch dual system.
They used an abatement team to remove my old, ripped ducts and give me new insulated ducts as well as install ducting in each bathroom.
Good work, on time, speedy work, in and out and done! I ditched the last company who tried to overcharge me on just about everything that I needed.

I chose this company based on the reviews. They were very responsive and came to our home twice without charge. Chris spent a lot of time listening to us, clearly explaining the options and responding to our questions. He provided a quote for the work very promptly. Brenda was also very nice and helpful. We are not proceeding with the work at this time due to other necessary expenses, but we will definitely hire them when we're ready to proceed.

Fernando was the technician sent over to our home, he was very punctual & got straight to the point in giving us our options. Really appreciate that he took his time with us and even spoke spanish so he was able to explain everything well to our family.
We were very disappointed with the service performed by SoCal Climate Control. We upgraded the A/C unit with a new one for our property, ad worked with SoCal Climate Control for this project. The installation team did not cap off a sprinkler, instead broke it by installing the A/C unit on it. They had to send a landscaping contractor to fix it after the fact once we informed them. Furthermore, the installation team forgot to install a new whip during the initial install, and had to come back in at a later time when they realized that the whip was not installed during the install. Overall, it would have been great if there was more planning, oversight and diligence with our A/C installation project.
David was the technician that came to fix my furnace. He was incredibly knowledgeable. I was in the HVAC install end for 20 years so I've been around a lot of service tech's. He was the best tech I've ever encountered.
Mike was very helpful in guiding us through the choice of a heat pump, provision of information to get approval from our HOA, and seeking all applicable rebates. He offered a very fair price and guaranteed workmanship. I gladly recommend him unreservedly.

SoCal Climate Control Staff were professional, informative and responsive. I appreciate the consistent communication with any questions or concerns. They worked extremely hard to find a solution to fit the complexities of an HVAC unit on an older house.
Benji was so incredibility nice. My AC was blowing but no cold air. He asked to check the breaker box and it turns out the AC unit switch had slipped into neutral. Problem solved in 2 minutes. I insisted on paying him for his time but he wouldn't take it! What an absolutely kind thing to do. He is one of the good ones.

Tech was on-time and super knowledgeable. He tested everything inside and on the roof to make sure there are no issues. He also helped install a Net thermostat without extra charge. Highly recommend them for all heating and AC issues.
