Highly unprofessional and rude. Tech came to my home and refused to do the job of going into the attic and fixing the heater. He told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and my access was to small. The company said they would send someone else out and did not. Then finally the manager gets on the phone with me and he was so rude I was shocked. All they had to do was refuse the job but string me along all day and then lie. Very sad! Hope the owner reads this and speaks to the staff!

I called to get a quote a couple days prior and the rep on the phone told me someone would be out on Friday (today) to give me an estimate. The rep called and said the tech would be out to my home in 30 min. I waited almost an hour. After calling the company and speaking to regarding the ETA of the tech, she tells me that the tech is less than 5 min away. (Took another 15 or so minutes no exaggeration). Tech calls me and says “I’m at your front door” I told him that he couldn’t be because I’m standing at the front door. He then says oh, I’m at the wrong address and then hangs up on me. I hear a knock at the door and the tech shows up with his work bag and ask me what’s the problem 😂. I said I don’t have a problem I called for an estimate. You had no idea why you came here ? He says, no my company didn’t tell me. Bottom line, he was very unprofessional didn’t show up on time nor have a clue as to why he was at my home. I’m throughly disappointed for the company wasting my time on Friday, the beginning of Memorial Day weekend. I Highly would never recommend this company. Waste of time !!
This company is the words ever, they lay and make false accusations, I' don't know anything about AC and they make a very bad report to my insurance saying I beat up my AC, plus they are assuming I did moved the whole unit, who come out with this false accusations... I got creasy!!.. the technician that come to check the unit, was nice and he respond all my questions, the problem was the motherboard and the controller, why they are changing the whole story in a bad way. Technician disconnect my AC before he leave because he said the controller will fix everything and they will replace it. Now, cables are loose, I call many times trying to talk to the general manager and he is never there. I found more cases like my in the reviews, false reports were made. Never use this company, there is hundreds out there. Reviews in this page are paid, I count more one start than anything. this is a shady incompetent company. I'll post my bad reviews in all social media! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
