I called and they had Robert at my house in just a little over an hour on a Saturday. He figured out what was wrong with my AC , very perfectional and would definitely be using them again if needed
We needed pricy repair on our 21-year-old AC. I had done some research on heat pumps and was interested in converting to that for HVAC, but I wanted more information before commiting. We also had some interest in rooftop solar, but had decided against previous proposals. Mike at Mediterranean was able to give me the info I wanted on heat pumps, and also explained how the two systems could work together to benefit us. I did some more research and a little applied math, and found that he was making perfect sense. Mike's prices, while not cheap, were competitive for the quality components he was offering. We chose his company for both systems, and he designed them to work together. Five months later, after using the system through a variety of weather, we are very happy with the results. The system is unobtrusive, works quietly, and is more comfortable than the hot or cold blasts of the old system. And our energy bills have been reduced even more than I had expected.
Mediterranean it’s a wonderful company. My air conditioner went out over the weekend. Called them on Monday morning, they came out before noon and fix the problem. Curtis was great! I highly recommend this business.
Save yourself and stay away from this place and their shady business practices! They came for a routine maintenance to flush the line, Robert pulled off a pvc pipe he shouldn’t have and now the whole coil is broken. Mike the owner had the nerve to charge over 3100 to fix something his own tech broke! He is claiming our unit was old and rusty which is why it broke. Our unit worked fine before he got there and touched it but mike is taking no ownership or responsibility at all! I have since heard from several other families who have had similar experiences with this company. Hoping this helps prevent others from this sort of experience.

I had my HVAC and hot water heater both replaced. I was so impressed with the men, they were professional, courteous, clean, neat. Even the way they spoke with each other was respectful and professional. My experience with the sales rep, installation team, the office, and the service tech were all positive. I would highly recommend Mediterranean!
Had my AC unit and furnace replaced two years ago. Prompt response for service during the heat of the summer led to the realization that the units needed replacing. Their first install appointment wasn't available for a few weeks, so it was uncomfortable for a while, but the new unit has worked great for two years and is more efficient than my old, saving me about $75 per month. The work was expensive, but comparable to other companies. Professional service and response at all times left me very satisfied and I highly recommend this company.
Great company with great service. Thoroughly checked my equipment before I bought my house to make sure I didn’t run into any surprise issues after the sale was finalized. Their detailed analysis of the air conditioning actually allowed us to negotiate a lower price with the seller.
We purchased an older home that had a recently installed HVAC system that was at the lowest end of quality. Mediterranean has been servicing that system since we moved in 5 years ago and have kept in excellent running condition. They also installed a solar system for us that has reduced our electric bills to about $15 a year. We can't say enough good things about this company, their servicemen, and solar installers! When the A/C went out a couple of months ago, we had someone at our house that afternoon who got it working again in minutes without further problem. Everyone at that company is professional, knowledgeable and well-trained, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. Ginny W.
My furnace wasn’t heating my home in the middle of the night. I called Mediterranean to see if they would be able to help me out. They sent out a technician after hours who arrived within the hour. They fixed my heater and everything is working perfectly fine. I highly recommend this company!
They called me and operator questions me how old my air and heating system is and they would come to clean and service the unit for $69 also he said they replace the filter and add Freon for free . But after they show up they said your system needs Freon and it’ cost $250 and some other issues . They tell you something good on the phone but after they show up totally different story.
