I get a response right away when I call Kappl. The technician they sent today (Tony) is very nice and very professional. He’s been here a couple of times and each time he does a great job with giving me suggestions on how to make the system efficient and communicates any potential issues. Madeleine (she’s the person I’ve spoken with a couple of times) is very nice and professional over the phone. Very helpful and thorough with checking my account to make sure everything’s up-to-date.

This is a great HVAC company! The owner Kevin Kappl and all the personnel are very friendly, highly professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They recommended and installed my home system which I have been greatly satisfied with for several years. The service technicians are very neat, friendly, and never cut the corners. Special thanks to Christian who recently performed system service in my home. I highly recommend this company.
KAPPL was one of several businesses we considered for replacing our 20 year old system with a new high efficiency ac and heat pump system. KAPPL provided the best knowledge of what our needs and options were, plus they were competitive on bids for purchase and installation. They were honest about what we needed and didn't need. KAPPL had great working knowledge and supported us to ensure we applied for available rebates. At installation, they were very conscientious of keeping everything clean, they were on-time and very professional, and very helpful in addressing any issues that came up. Our new system has been installed and working now for almost 2 years, everything has met or exceeded our expectations. Love that they're a family run business! Would strongly recommend them!! We've also chosen to use KAPPL for our ongoing maintenance, we've been happy with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Would strongly recommend!

Christian showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, and explained to me the options and what my selection would mean in terms of longevity. That information influenced my decisions. Kappl actually came to me about 5 years ago as part of a LADWP program to check my system and install a Nest thermostat. They had positive reviews Yelp and I recalled my experience that first time and that influenced my decision to use them again.
The service calls I schedule with Kappl are always top notch! Madelaine is so easy to talk with and makes scheduling easy! and Christian the technician is friendly and courteous and thorough..... A pleasure to do business with this company! Thank You!!

This is a legit HVAC business with a real company address, and they install high quality products. Not some guy running an HVAC business out of his house. My AC and new heating system runs like a dream. I felt very comfortable with the HVAC technicians they sent to my home. Nelson & Ivan were very kind & skilled professionals, it was amazing watching them work, these guys are the major leaguer’s in HVAC. I’m glad that I went with this company. It’s a big investment to replace an AC unit, a heater unit, and all the duct work in your home so make sure you go to a legit business with quality people; you get that here with KAPPL.

I called many company but kapple was the only one set the right expectation and follow up and came right time as they promised .Tony was the technician and patiently took care my Ac issue .definitely i sevaed their number for future business .
HVAC heater went out, Madilyn dispatched Christian who found the problem. They scheduled a next day appointment to make the repairs. Nice people and they did an excellent job.
