This is the second time I’ve had to replace my water heater in 20 years. Both times I called Pro Fresh Heat & AC Repair. They installed my last water heater in 2008, and when it stared to leak last week I immediately Pro Fresh Heat & AC Repair. After 15 years in our home, 2 nights ago our water heater broke. The next day we called Pro Fresh Heat & AC Repair, and one tech came out the next day during the time window they had given us for his arrival. He even called up when he was 5 min away. He was friendly, understood the problem quickly, and very personable. He had the part ordered before he left my house that day. The next day, he was right on time, very efficient, and very understanding about not leaving the door open because of our cats.
