Fast and great service. We'd been limping along a 30 year old system that was poorly maintained by previous owners for a few years, and when we called Spicer Mechanical for an estimate, we really felt like we were given an honest opinion, not a sales pitch like we were with a couple of the bigger HVAC companies. When the time finally came several months later that we needed to replace our system, they were fast, friendly, affordable, and professional. Would highly recommend.

Smooth transaction all the way around. Very professional, excellent communication, thorough follow-up on all questions and bids. We got 2 other bids but Spicer was the lowest and most responsive. They installed our mini-split A/C unit on time and without issue. Then sent us cookies as a thank you! Who does that? Excellent customer service, definitely recommend.

I found Spicer mechanical on Yelp. Every part of working with them was easy. I had a heater leak in a condo. They responded immediately in setting up an appointment, showed up to said appointment on time and were able to fix make the repair right away. Price was very reasonable and I was able to pay electronically. Definitely recommend them!

I'm a professional property mgr., and Spicer is pretty much the only HVAC service I use. The reason is simply that they show-up as scheduled, their prices are fair, the problem is fixed when they leave, and they communicate well. Those elements are how I evaluate all of the vendors that I use, and they hit all the marks-
We have hydro based heating and cooling systems. Spicer is one of the few companies in the area that work with these systems. They are knowledgeable and great to work with.
Superb workmanship! The team at Spicer showed up right when they said they would, and they did everything I needed done very professionally. They are a very honest and ethical outfit, definitely keepers for me.

Chad and Leon and the entire team at Spicer Mechanical are so kind and honest! We had our ducks replaced and they showed up on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up everything before they left. I had some cables run through the attic a few months later and they said “whoever did that work up there did an awesome job!!” If you ever need any AC HVC work done they are the ones to call! I highly recommend them!

Great experience with installation of a new A/C and heating unit. They brought the whole team and did the duct work in the attic and under the house, removed the old unit and replaced it with a new Amana unit in one day! Highly recommended.

Helped to make blower motor quieter by installing more ducting and cleaned up area. Excellent work and honest. Others wanted to change out a brand new system to make quiet. Called and came when they said they would. Highly recommend them.
