Service Champions was responsive to my request to service my AC and sent Noe within two days. Noe was efficient, professional and knowledgable even alerting me to potential safety hazards. He was so good I signed up for regular service.

Adrian Salas and a co-worker did an excellent job demoing my old leaking toilet and installing a new one. They laid down a floor canvas to keep the floor clean, inspected the old toilet before demoing it, then they inspected the toilet flange, and then vacuumed all around the toilet area before installing the new rubber/plastic ring and new toilet. They tested flushing it about a dozen times before cleaning everything up. It took about 1 hour to complete so I was a happy camper. They were not only very professional but very friendly and knowledgeable too. I highly recommend them if you want quality work done.
Technician Jason was very friendly and polite. Explained everything and serviced the AC condenser quickly.
James Mares was the technician sent out for our appt from A/C tune up. James was professional, great friendly personality. He didnt pressure us and explained everything we needed to know in terms we understood. He did an extremely thorough job. I hope we can request him as our technician for next year's appointment. They really do good deeds for free too - Assembled a light and tuned my guitar. Really nice guy and did a great job cleaning my AC unit. Highly recommend. Chris & Jennifer Suther

For years I've been receiving mail from the owner, Mr. Leland A. Smith to try his company out regarding "Rejuvenation Service" for my HVAC system. I finally took Mr. Smith up on his offer this year and scheduled an appointment for the service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Veronica who made the appointment. She was professional, courteous, and very down to earth. As we continued our conversation she asked if I was a senior and gave me a senior discount from the initial price. Thank you, Ms. Veronica! Then I had the added pleasure of meeting Mr. Daniel Radillo, the technician who came to my home. He's a vibrant, enthusiastic, well-trained, highly motivated young man, who took pride in the work he was providing! I stated to Mr. Daniel that he reminded me of my oldest grandson and that I have another grandson with the same first name as him. I knew making an appointment for the HVAC tune-up service (Rejuvenation) deal would cost me more money which was worth spending. Don't get me wrong, there wasn't anything wrong with my HVAC system itself, however, joining the Service Champions Club allows me to try out other services like plumbing and heating in the near future. Mr. Daniel did an excellent job servicing my HVAC and presenting the services of his employer. Job well done!

Very pleased with Raymond and SC. We had our AC serviced, and he went through everything. Raymond was polite, offered assistance, and respectful of our interior walls with his ladder.
Beware of this company!!! I was on the phone with my elderly mom when the repair technician informed her that the needed repair would cost $18,000! After the technicians diagnosed the plumbing issue, they found the sewer connection at the street was broken. In order to fix, they would have to dig up a concrete sidewalk, dig down 8 feet, repair the connection, and then put everything back together. We contacted the city of chino hills and they scoped the sewer line and came up with a completely different conclusion. The sewer connection was intact and working perfectly. There was a “y” valve or trap on my moms front porch that was filled with dirt. It is very unethical to use scare tactics in order to coerce elderly widows to waste money on products and services they don’t need.
So first off, their quality is top notch. Every service, installation and workmanship is what you would expect out of someone working on their own home and equipment. They really go above and beyond to not only do the work at a 100% level, but they make it LOOK like they've done it at that level and every technician that has been to my home has represented the company as if they were the owner and the business depended on them personally. They do charge what the work costs, you are not gonna find a bargain short-cut. If you have the money, definitey cannot recommend Service Champs enough....TOTALLY worth it.
We installed an HVAC in 2016 and ever since, I make sure to have them come through to inspect and maintain the substantial investment of virtually any HVAC system. Service Champions is simply the most competent, capable, and aware group of HVAC trade pros out there. Their secret? They take the time and expense to thoroughly train their techs the fine art of customer service! If only they could train the entire staff of my cable tv/ISP provider….
Service Champions has some of the best work ethics in the city. Timely, communicative, thorough, and friendly! My landlord has used their services consistently and it’s quite obvious why. Technician Jeffrey came yesterday for a seasonal HVAC cleaning and communicated every step of the way. The vents looks near-spotless after the job! Keep up the great work guys!
Dakota, at Service Champions, was all that you would expect from Service Champions and then some. He was exquisitely knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and absolutely immaculate in the way he treated my property and dealt with an equipment issue. I could not have asked for more!
Fantastic company! Had my HVAC replaced last November and most recently had a shower valve replaced. I recently gave this company a 2 star review after a service call with unsatisfactory results to my shower valve issue. Shortly after after posting that review, I received a call from the General Manager Gary who was determined to make it right for me. Not only he refunded me the last service call, he sent another tech that has more experience with shower valves to attempt to change the cartridge which I purchased myself. It turned out that I had the wrong part and is most likely obsolete as it was a German made value that’s 16 years old. The tech reached GM Gary on a Saturday which he offered a $500 discount to replace the value. A week later, I had the value replaced and once again the two man crew was extremely professional and kind just like the HVAC crew was. I tried to take down the 2 star review I gave them a few weeks ago but couldn’t figure out how to do it. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with this organization. Highly recommend!!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Every employee from Service Champions that we interacted with was very professional and they did an amazing job installing our new central air conditioning and heating system. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air conditioning needs

Great AC and Heating company with some of the best people I have ever met. That goes without question. The plumbing service however is far below average. My plumbing job took over a MONTH to finish to clear a drain and install a shower in another bathroom. It required them to open up a wall in a room behind my shower and break open concrete into dirt to reach my drain. Which they DID fix. However, when looking at the bathroom from the outside, there is an access point to the drain which wouldn't require them to break open a whole wall or pull up carpet. A simple walk around would have spotted this. The caulking and spout are also coming off. The baseboard and wall next to where they worked is also entirely water damaged and falling apart. I do not know the extent of the damage just yet. Call them for AC and heating. Avoid the plumbing at all costs. The photos below show: 1. The spout and caulking 2. The base boards that are water damaged 3. The access point they installed after they broke into a wall and concrete 4. The access point outside that would have avoided all of that trouble.

We have Service Champions fix our heater and we are super happy with the overall experience! The repair was slightly delayed due to the part being backordered but that was out of Service Champions control. Our technician Leandro Alcantar was super nice and even changed the air filters in all vents. We will be using Service Champions again!
